repair what they had damaged and they refused and told me there was nothing they could do, cause I've already drove it off the lot. I then had to pay 410.18 in repairs for 2 inner tie rod ends, labor and alignment."Response:The vehicle was towed due to a rotation call from DPS of Arizona upon the arrest of Mr. [redacted]; his vehicle was impounded due to his arrest. He did not hire us to tow his vehicle as the complaint would suggest. ("I had my vehicle towed by ...").He paid the tow ticket as stated, in cash, on 01/18/2017.
