I returned my vehicle due to not being able to drive I can’t make big payments right now I’m being harassed I returned my vehicle it it was not taken they have it down as they took my vehicle not true. They don’t work with you with payment arrangements I do not work due to everything. There trying to send me to jail they know my situation this is ridiculous

On this account, we did repossess the vehicle and we sold the vehicle at a public auction, as the account was in default. We have not tried to contact the customer since March of this year, but prior to that we tried to contact the customer on several occasions to work out a resolution. We did obtain a judgement against the customer as there is still a deficiency balance owing, but there has never been any mention of "Jail" as this is something we would not or cannot do. We are willing to speak to the customer about lowering the payments and we would need them to contact our office or receive good contact information for us to reach out to them.

I financed a 2010 Chevy HR through Red Rock Financial in December 2016. As part of the agreement for financing, an electronic device was installed that can disable the vehicle should a payment be missed. As of October 2018, the 2010 Chevy HR was paid off and the title was issued into my name as the full owner of the vehicle. Recently, my vehicle has shut down and I was advised that this device is responsible for my vehicle not starting. I contacted Red Rock and requested they send a start signal to the vehicle, and by doing so, my vehicle started and my repair technician advised my vehicle was in a mechanically sound condition. I had also requested Red Rock tow my vehicle to their preferred automotive repair shop to have the device removed, in which I received no response. I again called Saturday, August 3rd and spoke to a representative named ***. She argued and insisted that Red Rock is not responsible for the removal of the device. I explained that the device is malfunctioning and shutting down my vehicle, and that this is a huge inconvenience to me. Rather than offering to assist in resolving this matter, *** suggested that my mechanic was unreliable and inaccurate in their diagnostic. Furthermore, she reiterated that Red Rock is not responsible for removing the device, even though under our agreement, the device was required for financing and was installed by the dealer with consent from Red Rock Financial. The service I received from these past interactions are deplorable, considering I paid my car note regularly and the vehicle is now paid off. I have incurred unnecessary tow expenses and missed work because my vehicle will not start. My vehicle has shut down again as of Sunday, August 4th 2019 and will not start.

I received a call from *** at Red Rock Financial, and he coordinated the towing of my vehicle as well as the removal of the device. I am satisfied with the resolution, and wish to close my complaint as satisfactory resolved.

This company has been doing hard inquiries on my credit report without any authorization from me for over a year now and wont respond to my emails asking why this keeps occurring threw this company nor replies back

Ms. purchased a vehicle that we financed on 4/9/2014. Currently Ms. is in default with us on this loan and according to the FCRA we have a permissible purpose to pull her credit bureau for the reason of trying to collect a debt. In addition to this, Ms. signed a written authorization agreeing to us pulling her credit if necessary until her loan is paid in full with us. I am attaching two documents verifying these facts. Red Rock Financial is a great company to get a car loan through.They have awesome customer service skill, and offer great perks to their customers that pay on time. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get a future car loan.

They dont even do trade ins nor do they say their names customer service answer the phone and say the name who the customer is speaking to. I would never recommend them.

I have had a wonderful experience with Redrock. They understand life happens and will really work with you when it does. Thank you Sarah G for all your hard work. Your such a Blessing. I would recommend Redrock! Keep Sarah and give her a raise she is awesome!

I wanted to let you all know last week I spoke with Amy in regards to my car payment. Not only was she friendly and made making my car payment easy she was also very informative on some of the things you all offer that was not brought to my attention until last week. She informed me of the tax incentive were redrock would match a payment made during the given dates of tax season along with some other questions I had. She is amazing and should be concidered a valued employee. With that being said I’ve had a loan with redrock for going on three years and was pretty disappointed that no other rep had given me this information as I would have made larger payments during that time. I’m not sure if anything can be done for me or my account in matters of missed information given to me but I hope you all take this letter into consideration and be sure to have your employees share valuable information as Amy did with me. Red Rock Financial is still very much in business! Red Rock Financial is a true life saver. Not only did they give me a chance when no one else would they have help me start the process of improving my credit. I am very very grateful for the services that they provide and I highly recommend them to any and all people looking for second chance.

I reached out to Ms. to let her know what it would require for her to redeem her vehicle from us that she had voluntarily surrendered a few days ago. I'm not really sure where the miscommunication happened but all she needs to do is contact our office and several account representatives would be able to help her with this.

Repossessed my car did not Gove me notice of sale date or proff of amount it sold for and make harassing phone calls daily..demand I do payment plan with out proff of want they claim I owe

Red Rock Financial has the debt on a lemon car. I was making payments on this debt, yet Red Rock withdrew my entire paycheck on November 15, 2017, and now is threatening to garnish my wages. I don't understand why or how this action was permitted. Payments were made consistently before the due date to Red Rock. The withdrawal of funds in my account was made without my knowledge or permission.

I have asked for a copy of the original contract with them on multiple occasions, and have yet to receive it.

I have asked for the company to stop contacting me at work, and they continue to call my workplace.

The account in question for Ms. was repossessed and sold in July of 2017. Since that period Ms. had agreed to pay voluntarily on her deficiency balance that was leftover, however this was not consistent and the last payment that was made on the account was on 11/15/17. We have since then proceeded to obtain a judgment against Ms. for the balance that she still owes. We were unaware of her request to obtain a copy of her contract. We will be happy to give her a copy if she would like to stop in the office during business hours with a valid id. Lastly, we contacted her employer to verify her employment for garnishment and we were also unaware that she requested for us to not contact her at her employer. We will not contact her going forward at her place of employment and we will note the account accordingly.

I thought this company was awesome at first, until I asked them to work with me on payments after being on time for 2 years. They are very rude and unprofessional. One of the employees hung up on me twice and would not let me tell her my situation or even take it into consideration. They pressure you for payments and never want to allow you to be late. I would never recommend them to anyone!!!
