I decided to close my account over weeks ago because currently, due to the legal battle, vidangel is not allowing you to rent moviesHaving $in my account is now consequently being used for nothing, so I decided to close my account and receive my refund which I was told I would receive within 7-daysToday is the 11th day since I was given this information and I still haven't received my refundNow, obviously $is not the end of the world, however, its frustrating when someone is told one thing and delivered something elseThere's no reason why the funds shouldn't be refunded in more than 3-days, but since their web site said 7-days, I figured I wouldn't let it bother me since that's what they state, but now that it's over that timeframe, I'm frustratedIn addition to this, they haven't responded to any of my emails that I've sent after my account was supposedly closedThere's also no phone number which makes this even more frustratingBy the way, I love the concep

I signed up for a free month trial with VidAngel in July of I decided it was not a service I wanted to subscribe to and emailed a cancellation before the trial endedI still have the email in which I communicated with a customer service representative to complete the cancellationI have not logged into my VidAngel account in over a year
On December 4, I noticed that on 9/29/2018, 10/29/2018, and 11/29/I had been charged $each for a VidAngel subscriptionI did not sign up for a new trial, I did not renew a subscription, I did not even login to the website from the time of my cancellation in to the time of the deduction from my bank account
I emailed support stating that someone outside of myself had logged into my account and committed fraud by using my debit card information to renew a subscription or some other kind of error on their part had been madeThey refuse to refund me the entire amount-only the final payment of $9.99-even though this is clear

I signed up for a free trial Prior to the trial expiration date, I requested my account be cancelled This was not done and I was charged the last three months My cancellation request was submitted in September and I have not logged on to their site since than I have contacted their customer service and they offered a credit to my account In other words, they would not charge me for additional services However, I do not want to use the services The service did not work as I thought it would which is why I requested the cancellation They have refused to refund my money and I advised that I would be making a formal complaint here

Created and funded my account based on the clear information on the site which says that you can close out your account at any time and unused credits will be refundedAm now suddenly being told that my particular type of credits are not refundable--
This is dishonest and misleading (at best), and amounts to straigstealingThe site makes it very clear that unused credits will be refunded when account is closed--

VidAngel used to offer streaming movie services where a user would purchase a movie for $20, and then sell it back to VidAngel when they were done watching it for $ I currently have a credit of $on the account and was told I could cash out at any time which would result in the method I used for payment being credited my balance I was also told it would take 7-business days for this transaction to clear It has now been days since submitting the request There has been no follow up from VidAngel from multiple inquiries about the status of this refund

A month or so after subscribing to VidAngel, they were caught up in a lawsuite and the service was unavailable I didn’t cancel my account or request a refund, I waited patiently This week a modified version of VidAngel became available, for $per month they would filter content in Amazon Video, Amazon HBO and NetFlix I am not interested
I could lto VidAngel on Roku, it showed my $credit, but nothing worked I tried to si to my account on their web page but my sign in wasn’t accepted I requested a password reset but received no response I was finally able to siwith my Facebook account and change my password but VidAngel still would not work on Roku I installed and reinstalled the channel on Roku and discovered my $credit had disappeared
Apparently VidAngel will only work if you subscribe to their monthly service and register your Amazon and NetFlix accounts Amazon is checking with their tech services to see if this is approved, Ne

I subscribed to a free trial with VidAngel and unsubscribed before the end of the free trial periodAfter I unsubscribed I received a survey asking why I unsubscribedI filled it out and sent it back to themUpon checking my finances the following month, I noticed that VidAngel charged me a subscription fee after the trial periodI checked to make sure I had truly ended my subscription and found that I no longer even had a VidAngel accountI contacted VidAngel's customer service and explained the situation to themThey informed me that I had been using VidAngel that month and I told them that this was not the caseEven though they found that I deleted my subscription beforehand and that I didn't have an account, they did not refund me

I enrolled VidAngel before they got in court with Disney I am not longer interested in their service but they do not want to give me my money back
I have been trying to get my money back almost for years and they still do not submit a refungThey keep sending people to a link (Chapter 11) that doe not even workPlease, help usThere is good group of customers like that are being exposed to the same unjust service that VidAngel is providingTerrible customer service

I canceled my subscription and was due an refund They said it could only be refunded to the original card, which has been expired I requested the original refund early July I have now been told I have to wait until the cc card company says the refund was returned which can be days I now feel as if I'm being put off and put off I just want the refund First, I was told it would take 10-days to process When I didn't receive it, I had to email and email and email to get answers The last one I was given did it I want the money
