and finish most of the work and returned my key. He showed up 3 hours later than he said he would, and therefore could not accomplish all that was planned. I tried to talk to him to make him understand that doing business the way he was doing would not be very productive and he agreed. He seems to be overwhelmed. He has frustrated me for months and it is a shame because he seems like a nice guy. His off season pricing is great but the trade-off for his rescheduling and being late is not worth it. I wanted to give him more business but just cannot deal with not knowing if I can rely upon anything he says. Thank you very much.
