I am rejecting this response because:On the contrary; I absolutely love my carrera marble counter top. I however do not like the fact that EW granite mismeasured my backsplash and countertop. EW Granite sent out their salesperson, Amanda O**, who was only employed for 2 weeks by them. Amanda mismeasured my backsplash/countertop. I now have to pay additional monies to a different company to uninstall the 4" backsplash and reinstall unattractive 1/4 round marble pencil pieces all along the back wall to cover up the huge gaps from EW's mismeasurements. I gave Jordan T[redacted] ample time to rectify this issue but I never heard from him after many failed attempts (I had already paid them in full, $3700.00.)Jordan told me he'd re-send someone over but never did. I had my attorney send Jordan T[redacted]/EW Granite a letter on 10/1/2015, who has yet to hear from Jordan/EW Granite.

Ms. [redacted] was unhappy with her choice of stone from the beginning, during the template process it was unclear if there needed to be a backsplash piece behind the stove.  after the project was installed and paid for Ms. [redacted] informed us that she needed a piece for behind the stove....

 While being unhappy with her choice, she also mentioned that she wanted us to remove the stone that was just installed and replace it for free, something that we are unable to do as she made the selection and paid her bill, thus seeming that she was happy with the product.  We then fabricated a piece of back splash for Ms. [redacted] that she was unhappy with the color on, we then fabricated a new piece that was a better match and got a letter from her attorney and now this complaint from the Revdex.com.  It has been unclear from the beginning of this project and complaints what Ms. [redacted]s intentions were.If there are any other questions please feel free to contact me at my office.Jordan T[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
Again, very simple....I'm unhappy with EW Granite as they mismeasured my counter/backsplash from the on-set.  I'm not going back & fourth here. I'm simply informing the Revdex.com that I had an awful experience with EW Granite and they chose not to rectify their mistakes with my kitchen. I don't want anyone else going thru the same issues as I went through. Thank you again for your time.

The complaint stated that there were some boards that we failed to replace on the south end of your home. We looked at the original proposal, that you were given. The proposal stated that we would replace damaged sheathing. We went out on...

06/16/2015 to look at the boards and see if they needed replaced, We took pictures and inspected the boards and looked over the roof. There were some cracks in the wood sheathing which is to be expected with age, but they were not damaged. We roofed your house as described in the original proposal and feel the job is completed. All of the Lounged, sheathing was replaced as stated in proposal. From what we saw when we went back out there on 06/16/2015, those boards are not damaged therefore they do not need replaced, Our recommendation is to call a painter out and have them scrape the old paint off the wood and repaint. The cracks in the wood should not cause any damage to the roof, but could be filled with caulking and painted over. This is not a roofing job though. We would be happy to give you an estimate on replacing the wood with new if you would like, but it is not necessary to do. It would be for cosmetic purposes only as it would not change the structure or soundness, of the roof.
