im sorry for your complaint but a company called [redacted] dispatches for [redacted] and we tow for them . they do the texting ect. we have to call and verify every call to make sure the address is right they are wrong many times we cant just drive in circles all day  and there was a snow storm...

last week and [redacted] was un reachable to give goa calls back im really sorry and we do not tow for [redacted]
