Unfortunately, this person was denied tenancy because they needed a co-signer that wasn't obtained prior to our receiving a complete application Although, we were not obligated to return his application fee, we did return in on June Looking back, we should have communicated this more
clearly though he was informed that he needed a co-signer for his application, which was never provided Please let us know if you need additional information Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:I have no record of this company responding to my application. I did receive the refund, so thank you, Revdex.com for assisting with this. Though, their response stated that they informed me that I needed a cosigner. I've never had a response from them regarding my application. I would be interested to see how they defend their claim.
