I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
yes I met with several employees but they couldn't explain "blocked transfer" and why I was told the whole degree would transfer over.now they say my high school transcripts are not accepted. This school needs to revamp what they will accept and not accept. I am now left with a $650 bill for a iPad that I would have never taken on if I had known they were not accepting all they originally said.

As you may be aware, Federal law prohibits educational institutions from disclosing student records (which are broadly defined) to third parties without the student’s written, signed and dated specific permission to do so. As we do not have the student's written permission disclose this information to you, we cannot give a completely substantive response. We have reached out to Ms. H[redacted] directly to address the concerns that she has outlined in this complaint and we have also provided her with applicable documentation. Should she contact your office directly, please let her know that she may reach out to me with any additional questions or concerns. They will not accept my high school transcripts and now charging me full price for the iPad I received when I started classes. I can no longer attend the school because they won't accept my transcripts. Not a school that the Revdex.com should have their name attached to.[redacted]
