Just reading this gave me angina
I was looking to buy from Red Tag but decided to first check them out. GLAD I DID! Save he the aggravation. Next company! Start my review 😂

To Whom It May Concern: I'm filing the complaint due to warranty issue. I recently purchased a camera (Panasonic GH5) on Ebay from a seller by the name of Daniel M back in April, I used the camera a few times then around late June I pick it to turn it on the camera did not turn on. So I then contacted Panasonic to send the camera to get fix under manufacture warranty, I sent it to Panasonic they then contact me and return the camera stating that the camera is an out of country camera Panasonic is not responsible to fix it under manufacture warranty. So I contacted Daniel M telling him about the camera so he sent me ALL the information and receipts for the camera, on the receipt I noticed he purchased it from REDTAG I got in touch with them and sent them the camera, it's now JULY. After REDTAG received the camera which is still under warranty and also an extended 2 years warranty from REDTAG, (REDTAG) (Debbie, the manager and MOSHE those were the people I spoke to) they called me back saying that for them to fix it it will cost me $500.00. I refused their offer after a few days going back and forth telling them the camera is still under manufacture warranty and the extended 2 years the offer me to fix it with me paying $200.00 which I agreed to, now it is August. On August *** I got the camera back fixed and working fine, when I went to remove the accessories out off the box I noticed my charger and power cord is not in the box, I then called REDTAG the next day telling them they didn't return my power cord and charger, they insisting that I didn't it and they hang up the phone on me.... I'm asking Revdex.com to help me get this camera replace with a "US" camera if in case it's stop working again so I don't have any problem with Panasonic. Doing video contents that's how I feed my family and I need a working equipment with warranty in this case I have 2 years extended warranty which they sold and does NOT HONOR.... Thank you very much

[Your Answer Here]Yes I've been contacted by REDTAG CAMERA due to the fact that the camera has stopped working again, they ask me to send it back for repair.. At this point I like REDTAG CAMERA to replace the camera with a new U.S camera. Their email address is *** Attention Moshe S phone number is cell number . the camera was repaired twice. do note, the guy who submitted the complaint is not the original buyer, he bought it off someone that bought it from us. we do not encourage 3rd party sales of our goods. nonetheless, we repaired the camera and hope all is settled now.

Redtag camera is absolutely right about me not purchasing the camera directly from them however, the camera is still under manufacture warranty but Panasonic is NOT willing to fix it due to the fact that it is an out off country camera. Now ever since I bought the camera from the individual I've yet used the camera. REDTAG camera ONLY fix the camera once when I did get back from them the camera turned on, a week passed by I tried turning it on again nothing happen. I bought the camera back in March we are in September I never used the camera not once today is September *** REDTAG is still trying to fix the camera for the 2nd time, the camera has been in their possession for the last 3 weeks. this is why again I'm requesting for them to send me an American camera (USA) that works if I have a problem with it so I can send it to Panasonic with no problem. I paid $1400.00 for the camera I've yet used it for any project.... This is how I feed my family if the camera is going to the shop when I want to use it it's costing me money to live my life....
