I am rejecting this response because:
Red Trailers readily admit that they did not send the same tires (pictured, *** brand) that I ordered! Different brand and different designationWhat could be more clear! The fact they COULD be used on my trailer is of no consequenceIf you order and pay for a *** and receive a ***, the fact that they will both take you to church on Sunday doesn't justify sending a *** They admittedly sent a substitute product without my consent, therefore they should be responsible for ALL shipping and replacement costs. Also note, they repeatedly mention a person named ** *** *** was simply the recipient of the tires and has never had any contact with anyone from or representing Red Trailers. *** *** *** *** *** *** ***

This customer is wrongWe at RedTrailers.com go out of way to fix any problemsAll the customer had/has to is call us at ###-###-####The light is a problem that happen from time to timeThe trailers are paint with extra paint and they do not make
good contract (ground) for them to workAll the customer has to do is were the light bracket goes in the rear is to scrate some of the paint off so it can make a groundIf the customer has any other problems they can call me direct ###-###-#### (Paul)Thanks

I’m responding to the complaint that we have received from you from our customer ** *** order #***The cutomer is complainting that he has not received the tires that he orderedWe are willing to fix this problem and move forwardBut the facts show that he
has called the vendor we get the tires from he ordered which is 8-F Bias trailer tire and wheel open centerAs of Friday 7/24/I called the vendor that we get them from and spoke to Jose who Al had spoken to about these tires and he got what he ordered it might not be what was pictured but it was the right tireAlso Jose explained to him that these are not just Mobile home tires these are LT tires for a high speed trailer and can be used for a trailerJose also went above and beyond to get more educated by the Vice president of the company Rick T*** who gave Jose the information about the tire and who then Jose explained it to the customerSo im not sure that the customer fully understands that they can be used for trailer but they can beAlso Jose say that they are willing to take the tires back but it has to be at the customer’s expenseAlso he would get a refunded once the tires got returned and are inspected to make sure that there was no damageSo the customer will have to be charged the $for us to ship to him plus pay the shipping back to the vendor and we will deduct that from the total which he had spent $16.Thanks Redtrailers.com Inc

vendor we get the tires from he ordered 953 which is 8-14.5 F Bias trailer tire and wheel open center. As of Friday 7/24/2015 I called the vendor that we get them from and spoke to Jose who Al had spoken to about these tires and he got what he ordered it might not be what was pictured but it was the right tire. Also Jose explained to him that these are not just Mobile home tires these are LT tires for a high speed trailer and can be used for a trailer. I am rejecting this response because:  I have called multiple times.  Each time they tell me to buy more parts.  I have scrapped off paint, I have drilled holes, I have repaired and had all the electrical in my car checked.  The lights on the trailer do not work.
Additionally the wiring for the lights are 3 feet too short and do not reach the back of the trailer.
RedTrailers sold me a trailer that I cannot legally drive on the road.   I want a cash refund to pay for a local repair shop to fix this trailer and make it work for me.
I have called too many times and I have asked for help too many times only to be asked to "call again".  I just want my trailer fixed so I can use it.
I am tired of waiting and I have submitted a refund request to my credit card company as well.
