Thank you for your email, you had purchased a life insurance policy from us back in 2006, we received a notification from your current insurance carrier about some payment issues and in order to protect "your interest" and in good faith, we attempted to contact you to make sure you were aware of the
payment situationPlease note, paying and maintaining an old and existing policy would not benefit us in any wayIn addition, on our application form you agreed to the following statement: "we may, from time to time, contact you on behalf of external business partners"Our system shows, on 12/20/5:35:PM you advised us that that you do not wish to be contacted, we added you to our do not call list and never called you since thenPlease give us a call if you have any questions or concerns

I am rejecting this response because:I do not have any payment issues whatsoever.  I have been paying on this life insurance policy since 2006.  When I called my existing Life Insurance carrier they told me that they do not work with Reduce.com and to ignore all calls from them.  That is why I told them to stop calling me. They do not know anything about my existing policy especially my payment activity and when I signed the contract with my current carrier that they would contact external partners.  Total Lie!  I am happy they will not be calling me anymore!

Thank you for your email, you requested an application on  2/6/2015 3:09:22 PM and we responded to your request, in addition, on our application form you agreed to the following statement:  Do you understand that to complete the application process, your selected life insurance company requires a signed application and you will be contacted by telephone to answer some basic underwriting questions?Yesterday you advised us that that you are no longer interested  we added you to our do not call list and never communicated with you since then. Their agents are fairly knowledgeable with underwriting and they were able to find me a good coverage although I had some per-existing health conditions

response that we reeived from this individual was on 3/26/2015 12:43 PM, per her request she has already been added to our do not call list.If she had told us earlier we would have  gladly removed her info prior to this date.

Review: I filled out an online form for a life insurance quote in January 2014. I decided to go with a different company. Numerous rep's from [redacted] began e-mailing and calling my cell phone. I explained my needs have been met by a different company and to please remove me from their contact list. Their communications began as a daily (weekday) occurrence so I called them and was told by a rep she was removing me from their contact list while I was on the phone with her. They were idle for maybe a week then the e-mails and calls began again. I have contacted them perhaps 5 times to resolve but they will not stop with the unwanted communications. I'm a busy person but find this practice annoying enough to take the time to address as I am hopeful upper management at this company realizes these tactics only serve as a deterrent to potential customer's as I would certainly not recommend them to anyone.Desired Settlement: stop contacting me, change privacy policies
