I have never received services from this company and didn't even know who they were until I kept seeing monthly charges on my accountI never visited their website or had any receipt of any kind for any transactions I called and disputed a charge months ago and just a couple of months ago they started charging my account again

They have an account in my name that was illegally established three years ago Somehow they got ahold of my banking information and started pulling money out of my account I saw the charge on my statement and that’s the only way I knew about it I called and they said they would cancel my account and mark it as fraudulent so this wouldn’t happen again I immediately called my bank and they sent me a new debit card and destroyed the one this company had One year later, the exact thing happed and when I called they said I had reactivated my account and gave them the new banking information They refused to give me any information about the account So again they deactivated it and said they would mark it as fraud so it wouldn’t happen again And again I called my bank and they reissued a new debit card Yesterday, the same thing happened again, and I noticed a charge in my banking account I called and they again told me the account was reactivated and I had given them the n

I never received anything for the money I was chargedThey had my e-mail, why didn't I get notice of the charge? Why didn't I get information on the call I was supposedly going to get in hours per their website? Why didn't I get a login with "full access to their site" per the website? I don't even see a login link on their websiteWhy was the only notice of this charge from my credit card company's fraud department?
Thankfully my credit card notified me of merchant name: ***When I called Reduction Guide (ReductionGuide, ReductionGuideMD) for information on the charge, they weren't able to provide any specifics on how the charge came to be (no date, no website, nor how they got my CC info)Instead, they tried to sell me on their productI followed up with an e-mail (***) asking specific questions, but they weren't able to answer themI sent two followup e-mails, and each received a similar canned responseI did get the charge refu
