[Your Answer Here]I purchased a watch strap in June 2016.  I was told strap would arrive in a few weeks.  It is now 2017 Feb.  I asked for a refund and never got the $65.00.  The has not contacted me about when I will be refunded.  I really doubt this seller will ever send me the watch strap.  I want my 65.00 dollars back.  I have e-mailed the seller several times. To whom it may concern;Please be informed that the client ordered a pre-ordered item and is currently under development. The item he is referring to was the Horween Color 8 straps. Horween finally delivered a few days ago and our strap maker jumped on it right away to make samples for review. I...

know that at this point you have reason to believe me after suffering with me for so many months. We didn't sit by idly waiting for Horween. The original plan was to work with the first partner we worked with on the first production. But when wedidn't have the big order numbers, they pulled out.We reached out to leather distributors and found that nobody had a decent amount of the leather in stock, if at all. In fact, a few distributorssuggested that we substitute Horween for a "lookalike" or different leather maker because "our customers probably couldn't even tell." Negative, ghostrider, no can do.We scraped around for some Color 8 pieces offered here and there on eBay and etsy, but there wasn't any real way to confirm authenticity, and theyseemed like remnant pieces leftover from other projects.Now that we have the leather finally in hand and the strap maker can get to work, he should have these done in a week so we can start fulfillingshortly after! Further to that, we haven't received any formal email from the client but instead a spammy messages with only links on it. See screenshot below:[redacted]We've been really responsive to any request of refund or anything with their orders. If they opt to have a refund than to wait, we surely process that.I'll be contacting the client to get a clarity on this.We are surely a trusted business and there will be no reasons to be here.
