I am sorry to hear that we were dissatisfactory contractor MrAnd Mrs [redacted] I agree that we should have been a lot better at communication and checking up seeing how everything was goingI will take full responsibility for my actions and my lack of communication with the both of youWe did however try and fix the mistakes that we did but I feel like every time we did something something else popped upI have definitely learn from this and I will better myself and my employees so we can better suit the publicWe do appreciate the work and we are glad we got the insurance to pay for your roof and other miscthings.?

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] The comment that Redux helped get insurance to pay for our roof and miscrepairs is very misleading! While a Redux Representative was present with the roof inspection, I can not say that he was that instrumental in getting the insurance to pay However, I can say that I felt the representative of Redux was so pushy and in your face with the adjuster inspecting other winter damage, he put her on the defensive that I feel cost us a bitThe Representative of Redux was inflating the repair list price beyond anything that We had talked about wanting to be Fixed After stirring the pot, the representative left in the middle of the inspection Redux did come out to fix our complaints2-times is more than enough to address issues on the roof, but 5-times is unacceptable We finally hired another company to address what Redux could not seem to fix I accept the response to put an end to this complaint My sole purpose was to let others know of my dismal experience with Redux Sincerely, [redacted]
