We have been working with [redacted] at Evos for yearsOver two weeks ago I tried to order a name plate from him (standard and routine order for us) After weeks of meaningless emails back and fourth, I finally contacted [redacted] myselfAt this time he told me that he knowledgeably IGNORED my order because we do not order "enough" office goods from him Not once did he ever contact me and tell me that he had not yet started my order I have now wasted weeks on a project that should have been completed in days***'s attitude on the phone was very poor and unprofessional I asked him if he could please fill my order and that we could discuss further business opportunities at a later datehe said NO! I am completely appalled with his customer service, and will NEVER recommend him to any of my clients or colleges I much rather order through [redacted] and pay more, he had very poor tactics for trying to earn business

As a large corporation we have many needs when it comes to marketing and office supplies. Evos had received our business for our name plates that are displayed on desks and around the office. We worked closely with one of their representatives to place orders for these name plates, never before having an issue. However, our most recent experience was a result of nothing but poor business practices and customer service. We were in need of a new name plate for a new employee. When we had placed the order with our representative he had purposefully ignored our multiple requests until we agreed to place a larger order of office supplies, not telling us of this. A week has passed and when one of our assistants reached out to him to see if the order had been placed, he stated that he would not place the order because we would not place a larger order of supplies through them. Needless to say we are no longer working with Evos because they are unable to place our request because it did not meet their standards.

When I wanted to complain to the EVOS manager about a rude employee, the manager seemed to be worse! "After 10 or so minutes I asked where the manager was, the person behind the desk called again. At that time the so called manager Michael called back, did not bother to come to the front desk just called and said, "What does the customer want". (SMH)My basic complaint is that EVOS charged me $350 dollars unfairly. They also have a very unfriendly attitude, stay away from them!"

[redacted]'s attitude on the phone was very poor and unprofessional. I asked him if he could please fill my order and that we could discuss further business opportunities at a later date... he said NO! I am completely appalled with his customer service, and will NEVER recommend him to any of my clients or colleges. I much rather order through [redacted] and pay more, he had very poor tactics for trying to earn business.
