My iPhone unlock does not work although they are claiming to have done it
I purchased an unlock service to have an iPhone unlocked on 5/27/for iPhone 6s AT&T imei XX XXXXXX XXXXXX XThat was originally only But on 5/they requested another $to complete the unlock because I had a contract on my phoneI paid the additional monies requestedOn 6/13/they emailed me with instructions to finish the unlock on my end because they had finished unlocking it on theirsI followed the instructions and the phone isn't unlockedThe imei is now not even being recognized by phone companies making my $phone not useable on anymoreI have written numerous emails and looked for a number to call but no one has respondedInstead I continue to get an email saying that they are too busy to respond to emailsI requested a refund for my services and if my iPhone has been disabled due to this service, I need a service refund and the money for the cost of the replacement iPhone
Expecting a refund but not responding to any of my e-mails

on the same day I received another e-mail that they want to charge me another $of a surcharge so that they can unlock my phone I replied saying that do not want to pay another extra $for the service that they promised to do it for $i asked a refund back to my pay pal account since then I didn't here anything from keys2iphone
Even today I e-mailed asking for the refund up to now I do not have a reply for that e-mail also .Please look into my complain and help me out with this thank you
