Very happy with the new kitchen that RC built for usQuality work, and RC regularly checked in with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we desired

Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/03/19) */ Contact Name and Title: [redacted] Contact Phone: XXX-XXX-XXXX Contact Email: ***@RedwoodMoving.com We are extremely proud of the services that we provide and of the guys on our crewWe have been providing excellent moving services, (as Mrs [redacted] attested to), to Sonoma County for 25+ years and our reputation really does precede usOur intent is to only get paid for the work that we doWe know that for the quality of services that we provide that our rates are reasonable Redwood Moving & Storage provided a moving estimate for Mrs [redacted] on November 20, This estimate was based on the information she provided during a physical walk through of her homeMrs [redacted] expressed that she would have her entire home packed and organized by the move date and Redwood would provide moving services only, no packing services requestedThere were several emails and phone calls back and forth regarding her upcoming move in which she informed us that she and her daughter have discarded items and were packing up- days prior to move day, Mrs [redacted] requested additional packing for a few itemsShe stated everything was ready to go except: speakers, a tuner, printers, a telescope a television and pieces of art When our movers arrived on the scheduled move date, Mrs [redacted] had not packed her items into boxes and was in no way ready to moveThis was the onset of her bad experienceOur driver called our office immediately to let us know that this shipment was not ready to move and more help would be needed for packing the items that Mrs [redacted] did not packSince our move schedule was booked at full capacity, we had no available movers to send out to The [redacted] ***, 1/hours away from our [redacted] locationAdditionally our trucks are not equipped with a full selection of packing materials, only what is requested by our customersOur movers made due with the limited materials availablea dozen cartons we brought, several that Mrs [redacted] had as well as re consolidating already packed units and blanket wrapping small goodsHad Mrs [redacted] let us know that she was unprepared prior to our movers arriving, we may have been able to rearrange our schedule to accommodate her needs We understand and are sympathetic that Mrs [redacted] has a husband with Alzheimer'sOur movers spent all day and into the night trying their best to work with the poor conditions left, due to improper planning on Mrs [redacted] 's partRedwood Moving & Storage would have been able to complete her move job in the estimated time had Mrs [redacted] been packed, organized and ready to moveThis changes the entire order for service It is true, Mrs [redacted] 's Realtor had a moving truck load of odds and ends items that were not packed and ready to move, placed easily accessible on the property and had other movers move those items, as Mrs [redacted] had to be out of her residence that eveningWe at Redwood made sure that Mrs [redacted] received all of her items that were placed in the Realtors garage, exactly how we received them Mrs [redacted] has said she has items missing from the first move, but has refused to submit a claimWe have offered to walk her through filling it out, but she has refused this help We would like nothing more than to be given the opportunity to resolve the issues in Mrs [redacted] 's complaint, as required by the CPUC, proper documents must be filled out in order to advance any reconciliation Initial Consumer Rebuttal / [redacted] (3000, 7, 2015/03/22) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Renovation Classics is a very professional teamThe owner, Dave, reassured us feel that this process of renovating our kitchen and living room after a flood would happen quickly and smoothlyHis work crews were very friendly and professional.Dave stopped by the house a few times to follon the progress and make sure that we were involved and felt good about how things were goingThe work crew always cleaned up at the end of the day as to not leave a mess for our daughter or pets to get intoThe quality of work that was completed was outstandingWe have had several visitors over to see the renovation and each of them has been really impressed...and a little jealousI work in the construction industry, and was very impressed with the quality of work and the dedication of the timeline promised for completionRenovation Classics also worked very safety following all Provincial safety requirementsI would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor

We used Renovation Classics to do a complete Reno of our house, including kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, interior doors, trim etcWe also had them finish our basement several years prior to thatWe are thrilled with the end result and the process was fun rather than stressfulDave *** and his team are wonderful to work with, very personable, reliable and professionalDave went out of his way to find excellent solutions for some issues we had with our old houseAnd when the inevitable minor delay or problem surfaced during the reno, he was always very responsive and dealt with the issue willingly and promptlyIt was a pleasure working with Dave and his team and the quality of their workmanship is excellent

Two of our daughters worked with me for 2 full days packing and I was working on packing when they came.
The movers did do packing but it took the entire day and into the night just to put things in the truck. We had many cartons and items like a table saw etc. The packing they did was done late. They charged for it.
The other mover was correct.
The move was understaffed. One truck was not enough.
My neighbor was prepared to take the pots that were removed by our realtor.
I sent RM photos of replacements I found online. The form has 6 1/8" wide 2.5" long lines. I don't remember the dates when I bought the things. I could not find the exact Calphalon pan nor the Farberware. The tops are here. I'll fill out the form but I don't have date/cost/value at time they were lost. I want to replace these things. I know what it would cost to replace them.
I would like the money for the small truck. And I would like to be paid what it will cost to replace items. I will provide receipts, after I order things. I can't shop for this stuff, except online. I do everything here. I don't have that kind of time.
