This company guaranteed me a $5000.00 loan but instead took $1200.00 from me for "collateral" and insurance purposes. They took every last penny from me knowing I have three young children and a mother battling breast Care whom I care for. I asked for my money to be returned and was told it would be returned in the form of a cheque within 15-30 days!? It took literally minutes for them to take my money though. When I called for an update on my refund I was told it would arrive Monday October 7th 2019 I'm still waiting! In the meantime they've taken down their number and when I do call it it is busy and the link to the companies email does not work either. These heartless people scammed a low income single mother who was trying to pay off some of her debt to get ahead in life and am not suffering even more.

Was promised a loan sent them $650 dollars in bitcoin last minute said I needed to buy insurance for the loan I said could not afford another $500 dollars so they canceled the loan said they send a refund by the of October nothing has showed up

We contacted Redwood Solutions looking for a loan; we were approved for a 5000$ loan. We were told that in order to get the loan, we would have to put the first three months worth of payments down; which was roughly 500$. The day came when we we had the 500$ and were ready to get the loan; I am then imformed by Ryan Hollins (who is the finance person I was working with) that I would have to drive either to Fredericton or Saint John because they were the only places that had an ATM that would transfer to their american bank. The ATM that was closest was in Fredericton (three hours away), so I was told that I would be compensated 250$ for the gas and inconvience. I make it to fredericton and deposit the money; not even ten minutes later I had "Cathy" (apparently from another part of the company) tell me they ran a second credit check and we need to give them 750$ MORE in order to recieve the loan..I obviously refused and came home and called Ryan, he said that they were issuing my refund of 500$ as well as the 250$ for the inconvience and it would take anywhere from two weeks to 30 days. Well I waited and waited and waited, I finally call Ryan AGAIN and he said that they canceled that cheque and were issuing a new one, first class mail, and it would arrive on October ***. Well guess what, its October *** and still nothing. I will not stop calling these people for the rest of my life until they are so sick of me that they pay me out of their own pockets. Because of them our family suffered horribly for a month, it took 70% of our paycheck in order to give the 500$ plus the gas to get down there. We had no food for two weeks and no power for over a month, with two toddlers at home, all of which they knew and didnt care about. The people running this fraud site and taking money from people who need it is absolutely ridiculous and disgusting and they should be ashamed of themselves.

Asked for a load due to site also signed and faxed papers plus send them money through bit coin. $2040 dollars to be exact. Still have emails and letters plus pictures. Not able to give loan after assured if gave 2 months worth of monthly payment plus an extra $1000.

My husband and I were approved for an 5000$ loan, but were told we would have to put down a 500$ security deposit, that should of been our first red flag. I ended up having to drive all the way to Fredericton ( almost a two hour drive away) to put the 500$ deposit into the closest ATM that would transfer to an American bank, I was not informed until I arrived that it was a bitcoin machine. So I put the 500$ deposit into the machine and start my long journey back home. I wasn’t even out of the city when I got a call from the company saying they ran a second credit check and turns out they need 750$ MORE in order for the loan to go through, I was livid especially considering their site says absolutely NO credit checks. When I returned home I called Ryan H (whom I was dealing with for redwood Solutions ***), he assured me that the 500$ deposit would be returned as well as a 250$ extra for all the running around and inconvenience, that it had to be sent by registered mail and it could take up to two weeks,I asked if there was a tracking number or anything that would solidify the cheque and that it was on its way and was told that there was no way to track it, I would just have to wait.. I gave it 2 1/2 weeks, then I call Ryan and he said sometimes it takes up to a month, it has now been almost two and a half months. I called today and got the same generic “I’ll look into it and send you an email” but we all know that’s bullpucky!
