I entered into an agreement with Action Movers on Friday, March to move a piano from my basement to the second floor of my moms house who lives a few miles awayPer the request of the owner, I sent text messages with pictures of the piano, my stairwell and my mom's stairwell I also spoke to him on the phone and said that there were stairs at both locations and that the piano was very heavy He indicated it would not be a problem After sending the pictures via text message, I received a written text response indicating that it would cost $for the job which included the moving truckThey would come at 10am that Sunday, March 18th After arriving on Sunday, one of the workers informed me that he was not aware that there were stairs involved and that it would be an additional $because they needed to call in another person to helpI told him I would not pay another $because they already agreed to $after I sent them the pictures of both locations Aft

Homeowner beware!! They will quote you one price and try to up the price by more than $after they have already started the jobRequested some up front payment, but then said they would not finish the job without more and would also not provide a refund even though only half of the job was completedTook a chunk out of my wall as well during the moveDon't waste your money!! Definitely find someone else to move your valuablesthere are much better companies in the area that will actually respect you and your home

On April 29, Mr*** purchased a Toyota Camry He put $down, had $down payment due 5/10/and then tax and title was due 5/26/at $He claimed at the time he was unaware of the $remaining down payment.I am attaching both the deal work up, the contract and
pay history Mr*** claims he paid his tax, but he did notOur payments are posted to the oldest amount due first The $he did pay went toward the down payment due (paid weeks late) and he never did make another payment on this car I was going to have the car repossessed if he did not come in He had already missed an appointment to meet with me I told him in very clearly that he could buy the Hyundai or just leave the Camry.He purchased the Hyundai He never told us about any needed repairs, but the vehicle was and he was given a chance to test drive it before purchase.I applied the money paid on the Toyota to the Hyundai He got behind early on, we usually deleted his late fees in hopes he could get caught up He has been on auto payments for some time- we run his credit card for payments when they are due Sometimes, not all or any of the funds were available, resulting in a partial or no payment We would leave messages and he wouldn't return call I would imagine he received a bank statement or some sort of card balance to see the payment had or had not been made, but we did, in fact, notify him.We have told him more than once where he got behind (way back in the beginning 7/was first declined payment), we deleted late fees To sum up this deal, he first purchased a car he could not afford To keep him from losing the car and his money, I traded him into a less expensive car, that he still could not afford I have more attachments but I can not add any more abovePlease let me know where to send them Thank you

The issues of late payment and fees was not addressed, the fact of the taxes not being paid is inaccurate, it was not explained that any money paid goes to oldest debt first, I was told the past due was for one partial payment, not several, most of payments if the whole payment wasn't made, I gave them another card and they got their full payment for that weekI did in fact tell the dealership that the car pulled and there was a flat tire on it after I took it for a test drive, their response was it probably needs an alignment.

Mr. [redacted],In my opinion, I have gone above and beyond to reconcile this situation.  My offer to keep the car here is a very good offer and it is my final offer.In my personal life, I have had disputes with businesses over what was owed.  I put the money aside to be able to pay promtly when the situation was resolved.I have attached your account notes (not sure if I have included them previously).  We have tried to contact you in the past.   We even left a message to pay a little more to get it straightened out. To my knowledge, you never requested a pay history.  You only said nobody called when you got behind, but you knew about for several months and never tried to rectify it. We have more than taken ownership for any part of the problem caused on our end.     Thank you.
