UNPROFESSIONAL!! With all of the options in NYC, you would think a company would make their client's needs a priority Well, not Reece Restoration I hired Reece three years ago to complete a kitchen renovation Three years ago they were great As such, I didn't think twice when my kitchen needed to have repairs made after a disastrous leak in a neighbor's apartment ruined a section of my kitchen This was the worst mistake ever Although the contract was signed and payment made for the new installation, it took months to get on the schedule as I was constantly ignored When the workers finally did show up, they arrived an hour late and did a crappy job that required they return again (the job should have been completed in one session) It took TWO MONTHS to get the workers back! In a two week period alone I left voice mails at the office EVERY day, text the owner EVERY day, and sent emails EVERY day...no one had the courtesy to respond It wasn’t until I threatened to file a complaint with the Revdex.com and write reviews that a call was finally returned The lack of professionalism, common courtesy, and respect for a client's time are all overlooked by this company and not worth the frustration and headache There are many other options for contractors in this city and it will serve you well to explore those options

Review: I contracted Reece Restoration to remodel my bathroom. Our contract specified 20 working days to complete the entire remodel project. Reece Restoration went over the specified working days by 5 working days and indicated that they need another 6 days to complete the project. Starting on working day 26, they stopped showing up to work and left my bathroom unfinished, with no fixtures, and non-functional. They indicated that they will not come back to finish their job because we do not agree to prepay them.

Besides the above main problem, I also found that they are unprofessional and have threaten more than once to stop working if we do not make payments to prepay them.Desired Settlement: Reece Restoration should return to finish the job they were contracted to complete as soon as possible.
