We went back to his home on Dec 1 for free to check the lines and we attempted to open the line. He has an older home with older pipes with cracks and barnacles on it.  There is a problem with the pipes and they need to be replaced to fix the issue and we informed Mr. [redacted] of this. He responded...

saying there is nothing wrong with my pipes and that he is not going to do anything about it this year. At this point, there isn’t much we can do and we are not responsible for that issue.
