LACK OFCOMMUNICATION WITH THE DRIVER, WE HOPE THISSATISFIES YOUR COMPLAINT.

In regards to the above-mentioned, following is an accurate account of the events that transpired on 6/21/16. Ms [redacted] contacted our office on 6/21/16 requesting that her septic tank be pumped out. As our drivers are engaged in servicing other calls, the estimated time forarrival was 2 pm. There...

are circumstances that arise that delay the drivers to arrive at the designated time. When our driver arrived to service Ms. [redacted] septic tank, she had called another company for the same service without contacting my office to inform us of this action. Ms. [redacted] lives in Delhi NY and our office is located in West Oneonta NY. As you probably are aware, this is a considerable distance the driver is traveling and the company is paying for the employee's time, truck expenses, etc ...Ms. [redacted] was charged for a service call for our time and expense due to the fact that she did not inform my office that she had obtained someone else's service. Ms.[redacted] was very verbally abrasive to the bookkeeper on several occasions and my bookkeeper has been intormed that she does not have to listen to that type of conversation. My bookkeeper doesn't answer the phone now when Ms. [redacted] calls as Ms. [redacted] will not listen to anything the bookkeeper wants to say to her concerning the bill, but instead rants about being charged. Office policy is that when athird notice is sent, the sticker says "don't jeopardize your good credit please pay today".Ms. [redacted] could have been charged considerably more for the call, but was only charged for a service call Had she contacted my office to inform us that she had obtained another company's services, this all could have been avoided.ln view of the above information, Ms. [redacted] is responsible for the bill she received.
