Customer ordered reels from a sport showWe shipped what we thought was alike reelsWhen customer received them, He received one incorrectWe are out of stock of the reels and offered to sell the customer our display model at costCustomer agreedThen he called back saying he did not want the display afterwardsWe said he could return the reel (which we supplied a prepaid return label) and we would attempt to order another at the sport show sale priceIf we could, we would ship him one outOtherwise we would have to refund him for the price of the reel

I am rejecting this response because: This is uneasy for me to comprehend, "We said he could return the reel (which we supplied a prepaid return label) and we would attempt to order another at the sport show sale priceIf we could, we would ship him one outOtherwise we would have to refund him for the price of the reel" I will return the wrong reel; however, I expect to recieve the correct reel this time around and in a timely matterIt is upsetting and frustrating to have purchased something and then recieving the wrong item, and not have it resolve properly

Reeds representative is not being fully truthful or honest hereThey did offer to sell me a Tenpoint Titan Extreme crossbow in place of what I ordered, however the purchase price was for $(I have this offer saved on a voicemail)This item is in no way comparable to the item I purchasedThe Titan Extreme is a several model year old discontinued item that is physically larger, heavier, louder and a lesser performing crossbowSimply put, the replacement they offered is inferior in every conceivable way to the current production, model Tenpoint Shadow Ultra Light crossbow I purchased from them, and the Titan Extreme @ $is in no way of the same value as a Shadow Ultralight @ $To make an automobile analogy, this is like offering a Chevy Cruse in place of a Cadillac. I am not trying to penalize Reeds Family Outdoor Outfitters in any way, I am simply looking to receive the Tenpoint Shadow Ultralight crossbow that I purchased from their website for the stated $purchase price plus $shippingOnce again, This item was listed as in stock at the time of my purchase

out a brand new factory firearm and have the Blem model returned to Dan Wesson

We received order friday the 22nd through our websiteWe processed the order the following Tuesday the 26th with the 25th being christmasWe had the items being shipped from another warehouse to customerThe customer called us on 12/ThursdayWe promptly canceled the order per customers
request and processed the full refund on 12/We sent receipt of canceled order to ***@AOL.COMI have emailed him another copy today as well 1/
