I purchased several items and needed to return pieces of jewelry after a repeat order off the website was sent twice I couldn't even log into the site find out how to reach the company and drove out to a location that wasn't even a local store Ultimately I found where they were sending the email notifications and when I finally got in touch with someone they were not helpful at all The package had no return info in it and neither did the email The package came late and the company claims if you didn't send it back in days you couldn't get your money back They claimed days for the return but the was no tracking of the package to show the date it was delivered This company is a total scam

I placed an order online with Reeds Jewelers using one of my bank cardsThe next day I received an email from Reeds addressed to the name of the person who was supposed to be the recipient of my giftReeds said that it had cancelled my order because my card did not pass *** security check although my card had been chargedI called Reeds and told the rep that they had probably confused the name of the shipping address with the name of the billing addressShe was extremely uncooperative and continued to repeat that my card was not goodThen she tried to place an order by phone and told me that my bank card was declined three timesI called my bank which confirmed that my card had been charged correctly the first time I had placed the order online and also explained that my card had been declined in the phone orders because the Reeds representative had repeatedly entered the wrong security codeI also received an email from Reeds indicating that my card had not passed *** Reeds security check and therefore my order could not be fulfilledI had to send several emails and make several phone calls to finally have my money refundedThe Reeds company was insulting, unable to fulfill my order, and basically had taken my money while claiming that my card was not goodThey should not be allowed to stay in business if they misuse customers' credit cards

My friend, who lives in the United States, was misinformed about my ring repair costsI sent the ring to her so that it could be repaired by Reeds
On February 4, 2017, I sent this letter to Reeds, via my American friend, *** ***I have not heard back from Reeds yet
To Whom it may concern:
I am writing because I am 100% dissatisfied with your companyI purchased a wedding set in (Nov17), and I have worn the diamond engagement ring from June until nowI, however, did not get married until October 2016, so the wedding band was in the box until just recentlyOn the day that I got married, one of the diamonds in my wedding band fell out
Now, my dilemma is that shortly after I purchased the wedding set, I moved from the United States to the country of Peru (June 2013), to be with my fiancé, therefore I did not obviously keep the servicing of the rings updatedI have not returned to the United States since I left

Reeds Jewelers is a rip offI took my diamond wedding ring in to be repaired because one of my diamond had fell outThey charged me $to fix it and replace the diamondIt has been two years and the same diamond fell out again I took my ring back to reeds thinking they would replace my diamond without charging me again since it was the same diamond that feel outThe manager just called me and told me that it would cost me $to replace the diamond and proceeded to tell me that two of my other diamonds were chipped and that's what caused the diamond to fall outI said well if that's the case why didn't they fix the other diamonds when they replace the diamond the first timeNeedless to say I checked my diamond really well before I dropped it off and I didn't see no chipsI am so upset over this ordeal

I purchased two *** and Ani bracelets from Reed Jewelers online on Friday December 1, with two day shipping via Shop RunnerThey arrived looking fake and out of shapeI trying calling customer service no answer and emailing no responseThe charms for the bracelets look damaged and fakeImagine a penny that has overlay metal on top of the penny without clear shape and definition on the edgesI checked the paperwork with the product and they did not add return labels and the receipt stated that they charge $for returnsThis is totally unacceptable especially if they send defective product
