the plumbing problem incorrectly. Per Mrs. [redacted]'s wish [redacted] agreed to fix the copper pipe on a Saturday Morning. He was unsuccessful due to extremely limited working space and the proximity to insulation. The solution was to return later in the week with special compression fittings that would not require using a torch to sweat a new copper fitting to the pipe.
Obviously there was a communication breakdown.
Because of this we never expected payment for [redacted]'s time nor did we receive any payment from Mrs. [redacted].
I am uncertain as to what Mrs [redacted] is seeking from [redacted] & [redacted]'s Plumbing. Mr. [redacted] has been a licensed plumber for many many years. I have been in business 45 years.
It is painful to learn that we have not lived up to our customer's expectations. We can always try harder to be better and more professional.

Here is attachment of pictures of the burnt PVC that is result from Mr. [redacted] work. I want you to see this mess. Thank you for agreeing not to pursue the billing. I will not be paying you for a bad job. Another plumber fixed the water leak that Mr [redacted] could not fix. Thank you for you taking time to resolve matter. Mrs. [redacted]
