I have attached a copy of the credit application, which was signed by [redacted] We do not want any of our customers to be unhappy with their experience at the dealership, therefore, we have submitted a request to Transunion asking that the inquiry be removed from his creditWe cannot guarantee that Transunion will remove the inquiry, but again we have made the request

Our service Department reimbursed the customer $and the customer stated he was happy with the outcome

*** *** did come into the dealership with a credit union check. According to our Sales Manager, they had a discussion that we may be able to get a lower interest rate than what his credit union offered, by going through a bank that we use.In order for us to try to get him a
lower interest rate, we would have to run his credit. *** *** provided us with this social security number, Driver’s License Number, Address, Current employer, Position and Salary so that we could run his credit, and as he stated, he signed the paperwork, in order for us to try to get him a lower rate

January 5, 2017In regards to complaint [redacted], for customer [redacted] that the diagnosis process in regards to [redacted]'s 2011 Jeep [redacted] was not handled as it should be. We have mailed a check in the amount of $129.00 made to [redacted] as which is the name on the Service record when vehicle was in for the outlined issue. The check was mailed to the address listed on the customer file [redacted] Bala Cynwyd PA [redacted] today.Regards,Bill CService Director
