The the fact that the car was sold at the book value of an SL speaks volumes the fact that they're add cleaned it was an SL speaks volumes the fact that they told me it was an SL speaks volumes the fax the paperwork says it's an S L speaks volumes the fact that they lied to me about options on the car that I did mention and I accepted their word of Truth speaks volumesAs they note the price of a car is as the dealer sees fit based on what the car is and what the market value for the car is they claimed it was an SL therefore they priced it as an SL if they had honestly noted it as an SV they would have had no choice but the price it as an SV they can use as many weasel words and circular logical arguments as they wish this is a fact and they know itI believe this was intentional misinformation intentional deception I believe they screwed up made a mistake and we're in over their heads financially on the car and decided the easiest way to clear their books what's the lie about the features of the charge someone too much for it and hope they don't noticeI believe what they did was intentional not a mistakeIf it was a mistake they would be looking to make it right to fix itThe very fact that they are attempting to defend their position inclines me to believe their actions were malicious and premeditated they planned it and did it on purpose not accidentallyRegards,

[redacted]. [redacted] purchased a used vehicle from our place of business and according to his complaint,feels that we misrepresented ourselves during this purchase. it is our...

intention to fully disclose any andall correct information to any potential customer during the purchase of any vehicle. The vehicle inquestion does not indicate anywhere on the vehicle what trim level the vehicle is. When entering thevehicle identification number in Nissan's database, there is no information in the system due to thevehicle age. Therefore, we have no way of determining the true trim level without the information thatcomes with the vehicle new. When selling the vehicle, we did not base the selling price on a trim leveland do not see any reason a refund should be given on information that is not available or pertains tothis transaction. There is a $2,500 difference in price between a SV and a SL, but that only pertains tothe purchase of a new 2017 [redacted]. We are also unable to accommodate the consumers request to addLED headlights, since they are not available to be installed after the fact. As we stated before, [redacted] came in looked at the car, drove the car and purchased the vehicle, knowing what options the vehicle was equipped with.  We did not hide any options or lack of options from him.  [redacted] also had mentioned repeatedly the price of the car, used cars can be price however a dealership sees fit based on condition, consumer demand, etc., there is not "set" pricing for any used vehicle based on model, etc.[redacted] states that he never saw the [redacted] on the vehicle.  A copy of the [redacted] that [redacted] signed was included in our last response.As we said previously, we stand by the fact that the one paper that states SL was decoded and printed directly from Nissan for the Certified Warranty provided by Nissan.
