www.baleeimages.com. I have been in the photography business for nearly 4 years. This dispute arises out of a contract between Balee Images and the Complainant.
In summary, the Complainant is seeking a refund of the entire contract amount of $2,200.00. The April 10, 2014 contract clearly provides that any cancellation within 12 weeks of the wedding date will require payment in full. This wedding was planned for June 20, 2015. On June 9, 2015, less than two weeks before the wedding, the Complainant and the Complainant's fiancé both canceled the contract in writing, in separate emails to me. The Complainant was clearly in violation of the contract by cancelling my services less than two weeks prior to the wedding. Therefore, Balee Images will not offer a refund in any amount to the Complainant.
Furthermore, before the cancellation was provided by the Complainant, I was gracious in accepting late payment twice without charging her a late fee, was patient with her delayed communication, and offered alternative solutions when she told me 90 days before the wedding that she was moving out and not marrying her fiancé.
Even after the Complainant sent cancellation of my services, I offered to: provide the services stated in the contract of April 10, 2014; to rewrite the contract; to extend to her a Bridal Portrait Session the day of her wedding or on another mutually agreeable date with print credit; to extend to her an extended Family Session with print credit.

2. Ms. [redacted] provided me with a draft contract which contained inaccurate and missing information.
3. Ms. [redacted] told me that we she would provide me with a contract at a later date.
4. The contract the Ms. [redacted] provided to me had terms that were inacceptable.
5. I never signed a contract with Ms. [redacted] or Balee Images.
6. Since there was no contract and Ms. [redacted] provided no service to me, I am entitle to a full refund.
7. Ms. [redacted] has not presented a satisfactory resolution.

The complainant did sign a contract on April 10, 2014. A signed copy of this contract can be provided upon request. The complainant and her fiancé submitted written cancellation via email on June 9, 2015, 11 days before the date of service. As stated in the signed contract, any cancellation within 12 weeks of the date of service requires payment in full. A copy of this cancellation email can be provided upon request.

Three offers were submitted in writing to the complainant on June 12, 2015. A copy of these offers is available upon request. No further offers are available.
