Terrible!
I called to get information about a flood we had in our home and whether we could redo the wood floors, get carpet remnants or not and do some new tileI was dismissed almost immediately by the boss ***He said it would be too expensive and not even worth sending anyone out to look
I was surprised and disappointed by this since I had read good reviews online
Wow, I could not believe it..!!
We hired Reedy to replace our carpeting with oak laminate flooring. They did a good job with the installation, however, we were not told that the Mohawk laminate had NO WATER RESISTANCE. Only after the installation were we told not to clean with water, but mist it with window cleaner and dry mop it. Since the installation, we adopted a puppy, and puppies pee often, and don't come housebroken. So, at every pee puddle the flooring swells up and leaves bumps. Had we known that this flooring product has no resistance to water we would never had bought it. We had Reedy come look at it and he told us "too bad, so sad" but that's the way it is.
