DO NOT RENT FROM THEMNICE HOMESHORRIBLE SERVICE! FALSELY CHARGED FOR DAMAGES THAT WERE WRITTEN DOWN IN THE INITIAL WALK-THROUGH OF THE HOME ALMOSE $REFUSED TO HONOR PET ADDENDUM AND TORN OUT OF THE ORIGINAL LEASING AGREEMENT BY EMPLOYEECALLED OUT OF MY NAME BY THE MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR I arrived at the home for the inspection at 11:58am and the inspection was complete at 12:05pm because the maintenance supervisor refused to complete a full inspection (but he did state that not all rooms had pet odor) stat [redacted] that "he did not have time for this ***" He also call me out of my name times to be exact by say [redacted] "you are act [redacted] like you are r [redacted] or someth***" In which my friend who was on the phone with me at the time witnessed him say***I asked him why he was call [redacted] me out of my name and then proceeded to ask him how he came up the amounts for the charges he replied say [redacted] "see this is why Scott should have done this [redacted] because I don't have time for it" I asked him several times not to call me out of my name and he said that he was go [redacted] to call the police on me for trespass***I asked him why he was go [redacted] to do that if I was actually scheduled to be there between 12pm-1pm by youHe failed to provide me with an answer and then proceeded to lock me in the homeHe became verbally aggressive and after try [redacted] to get answers that I never got I proceed to leaveI also told him I has no issue leav*** I proceed to head down to the leas [redacted] office and arrived there about mins laterWhen I got there I spoke with Ashley in reference to the charges and she said she didn't know why I was be [redacted] charged that amount and why I was be [redacted] charged for the same th [redacted] twice, but that she would try to find outShe left out of the room and returned minutes later stat [redacted] that I would need to speak with youI asked her was Scott K [redacted] available and she said he were notI asked her for a copy of my original lease in which she informed me that I would need to go over to the other side of the build [redacted] for a copy I proceed to walk next door to get a copy in which a lady (white in color with brown hair and a nose r***; about 30-in age) helped me by provid [redacted] me with a copy of the leas [redacted] agreementI flipped through the leas [redacted] agreement only to find that the pet deposit that I paid of $did in fact cover any pet damaged caused unless it exceeded the amountThe original pet addendum was in fact signed by meShe then asked me to show here where it stated that so I tuned the packet around and read it out lord to herShe then stated "let me see this" and proceeded to take it and walk to an office in the backAs she was walk [redacted] I specifically said "I don't mind you see [redacted] it but I would like the original copy back with no changes made to it" She replied say [redacted] "OK"The door to the office was open and I could actually hear the original pet addendum be [redacted] torn out of the original leas [redacted] agreementThe lady then returned with what was a pack with staple now two packets with two staples in packet and staple in another packet (the leas [redacted] agreement had been separated where the pet addendum was)I then flipped through it to make sure the pet addendum was still there only to notice that it was notI asked here why she tore it out and she said "you have a copy of it don't you" Shortly after that Scott K [redacted] came out of the back (remember I was told he was not there)He told me I had a certain amount of time to fix the damages that I did not cause and that you would send me an email lett [redacted] me know the requirementsWe exchange words in reference to the pet addendum and then he proceed to ask me to leave in which I was perfectly fine withWitnesses were there the entire time to confirm what I have said above is in fact true After I left I came back in to inform him about what you maintenance supervisor called me (r [redacted] )He replied by say [redacted] "that's fine"I then walk to the other side of the build [redacted] to inform Raquel and Ashley about what happened and they were in shock (accord [redacted] to their facial expression)Raquel stated "they tore it up?!?!" I replied say [redacted] yes and that I even heard itThe lady (with brown hair) then came next door and yelled at them for talk [redacted] to meTo avoid then gett [redacted] in trouble I politely left the office I confirm that everyth [redacted] I have stated above it true and that witness were present at the time that all events transpired It was not OK for the maintenance supervisor to attack me verbally because I felt threatenedNor was it OK for you all to rip up the leas [redacted] agreement after you noticed that you did in fact falsely charged me

It was not OK for the maintenance supervisor to attack me verbally because I felt threatened. Nor was it OK for you all to rip up the leas[redacted] agreement after you noticed that you did in fact falsely charged me.
