The situation is unfortunate for this particular customerThese complaints are taken very seriously and we strive to provide the best products and personal service to we canThe warranty for all outside applications on our product is yearsThis customer's warranty expired long ago and we have still made extra efforts to please himThe fact is that all outside applications are subjected to the harmful UV rays of the sun, shaded or not. We have tried over and over to satisfy this particular customerAt no point did any of our installers tell this customer that he must of had a bad batchWe have tried to explain to him again and again about the effects of the sun on natural stones, but he does not want to except thatWe have gone above and beyond the warranty that is clearly stated on our contractMultiple visits to try and appease himWe understand not every customer satisfied all the time, but we try our best to keep that to a minimumSometimes even after all you do, some people are not happy. We at Nature Stone of North Ridgeville feel confident that we did everything possible to assist this customer, but feel unless this customer's product doesn't look brand new again, then he will not be satisfied

After a meticulous review of both our physical and computer files, we do not contract with, install our product for or have a customer named *** ** ***. Additionally, our records indicated that we never performed any work at his address of *** *** *** *** *** ***.
Finally, this individual states that his sales representative was a Bill D***In we did not have a sales representative employed by the name of Bill D***. Consequently, we consider this matter closed and request that this complaint be removed from our record. However, if the individual can provide some type of proof that he is a customer of our company such as a copy of his contract, we will be more than willing to review whatever the individual provides

12/7/17 2:12 pm telephone response obtained from the consumer as follows: The consumer stated that they discussed with the company the cause of the milky condition being caused by the sun it has been discussed and proved not so as the patio is mostly in the shade . The consumer stated the patio is in an area that seldom gets a lot of sun so fading by the sun is not the problem. The consumer stated the fact that the company came out so many times shows that there is a defective issue that wasn't resolved each time a they came.The consumer stated the installers said that they get no help from the manufacture and possibly the product has been defective. The consumer stated they tried contacting the manufacture to talk to someone in the lab this year and they were not allowed to speak with anyone, they were told only the installers could speak with lab. The consumer stated that way too much money and time have been spent not to have this resolved over the years. The consumer stated it seems that the company advertising is now geared towards inside application.
