I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
[All claims that Reefwarehouse.com has made (ie any refunds to my account, contacted me by phone or e-mail, except through the response from Revdex.com) is completely false. According to my bank, my account has not received any portion of refund from Reefwarehouse as of 7/**/14.]

[According to MasterCard fraud division, no refund has been returned to my account NOR has there been an attempt to do so.  Yes, MasterCard can verify that Reefwarehouse has not attempted to put the refund back into my account.  Their system tracks all attempts, successful or not on credit cards and/or accounts.  Therefore, Reefwarehouses's claims are fraudulent. ]

Item customer order is not available customer was never charged for the transaction

Customer was issued a refund for all items purchased and was never charge for any transaction. WE do our best to satisfy all customers that purchase from us and offer a complete line of aquarium products at affordable prices. We provide great customer service and will help you with anything are looking to achieve.

The customers order was not processed or shipped due to a credit card transactions that did not come back with a match on name or address were the credit card billing information provided to the credit card...

that was being used.. We sent numerous emails and made several phone call to customer with no luck. Customer was not charged for the transaction there was an authorization as shown below for the amount on hold till the customer had provided proper information to out credit card processing for the order to be processed. The address on the complaint does not match the customers billing address. We have attached the actual transaction and address used on complaint that shows the customers address does not match. The customer was never charge for the transaction and his authorization was voided. Due to a lot of fraudulent transaction we do not process orders till we can verify customers address to be the card holder placing order. We process al l orders in a timely fashion if for some reason your credit card does not match your shipping address we cannot ship order till your credit card company has your address on file, this prevents fraud. We provide all customers with competitive pricing and customer service on a full line of aquarium products.

ordered a ozone generator 656.00 two solid days no call back no email return. I have called my bank to cancel transaction but I have to wait until 6/29/17 to dispute charge. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY.

Review: I ordered (#[redacted] reefwarehouse order number) $762.85 worth of equipment/products from them on 7/**/2014. They deducted the total amount from my account on 7/**/2014. As of todays date 7/**/2014, I have not received any of the equipment/products ordered or have been notified of any problems associated with the shipping of the products. I have tried contacting them through e-mail and left phone messages with them (###-###-#### or ###-###-#### and they have not contacted me back. I requested my order be canceled and the money refunded back to me initially on 7/**/14, due to no-delivery of product and no contact from them. I have left phone messages with their "sales department" everyday since with no call backs. I have also sent e-mails requesting my money back, also with no response. They have had no contact with me regarding the resolution of this problem. My account, within their website indicates my order (as of todays date 7/**) is still "pending" - however, my money has been deducted from my account, I cant speak or communicate with anyone at the company to find out anything. I have cancelled the credit card that I used for this purchase, in fear of additional charges.Desired Settlement: Refund the total amount $762.85 by check.

Review: Ordered a pump for my aquarium two weeks ago. Made 8 attempts to contact them.All I keep getting is an answering machine..went to the address and it was a resident. Still haven't received the pump and no one to speak to.Desired Settlement: Communication from company,the item I ordered or a refund.
