Unfortunately when a tenant is so far behind in rent a landlord has no choice but to file for eviction It is never pleasant, and never personal Property management is business We have been working with these tenants for months trying to get them caught up As of this date they are seriously delinquent in their rent Occasionally tenants will seek outside assistance for money In this case I did receive a call from a "**" HE CALLED ME, KNEW WHO I WAS and explained he was a friend of my tenants (giving me their names and address) He said he wanted to deliver a cashier's check for $to assist with the "1st half of their rent" to get them by until the 21st when the balance would be paid I told him $would not be enough to make that 1/month's payment and to keep his money He asked how much he would have to deliver to make up the difference in that first 1/payment and I told him $250, thinking this was the true purpose of his call - to help these tenants avoid eviction We never received any additional payments After reading this complaint, I can only come to one conclusion: the call was simply an attempt to get me to reveal private information (which I did not) in their further attempts to avoid paying rent and being evicted I do not own this property I work for the owner who instructed me to file for eviction That is what I did

It's unfortunate that ANYONE can say ANYTHING about you, with or without merit, and YOU are the one that has to defend yourself.*** *** WAS a tenant of Network Realty LLC. He did live at *** *** *** ** *** He did vacate on or about September 30, (months after he moved
in).In August of this year I received Mr*** notice to vacate. In THAT letter he also accused me of all kinds of things. NONE of which were true.I responded to that letter in writing on August 2017. I pointed out ALL his inaccuracies including but not limited to his CLAIM of mold AND accepted his notice to vacate. He, himself had a mold test done in December of (2016!). The first we even heard about THAT was in April and that was simply a cursory mention in an email regarding another maintenance issue where he commented that "thankfully, not the deadly kind" referring to the results of his mold test. He mentioned it again in that August notice. I reminded him then and I will say it again here, IF he was concerned about mold, why were we not notified, asked to remediate it, or do anything about it? It wasn't until he wanted to vacate that he decided to use his so called information as a basis to breach his lease. The stove he refers to as leaking carbon monoxide was leaking. This is true and as soon as the gas company red-tagged it, it was replaced. In closing, his deposit disposition was done timely. He was inadvertently charged for water, but as soon as that was brought to my attention I offered to correct it. He had indicated he would be sending the original check back in protest. I waited for the return of the check and reissued a new one including the reimbursement for the inappropriate water deduction.I did receive the check back, it was covered with derogatory comments and filthy, disgusting name calling too vulgar to repeat. A new check was issued and has yet to be returned. There is no court action pending. However, should Mr*** file an action, I will be prepared, along with the owner of the property, to defend ourselves again his accusations.Thank you for allowing me to give my side of the story.Sincerely,Robbie C***Owner/BrokerNetwork Realty LLC***

Unfortunately when a tenant is so far behind in rent a landlord has no choice but to file for eviction.   It is never pleasant, and never personal.  Property management is business.  We have been working with these tenants for months trying to get them caught up.   As...

of this date they are seriously delinquent in their rent.  Occasionally tenants will seek outside assistance for money.  In this case I did receive a call from a "**".  HE CALLED ME, KNEW WHO I WAS and explained he was a friend of my tenants (giving me their names and address).  He said he wanted to deliver a cashier's check for $100 to assist with the "1st half of their rent" to get them by until the 21st when the balance would be paid.  I told him $100 would not be enough to make that 1/2 month's payment and to keep his money.  He asked how much he would have to deliver to make up the difference in that first 1/2 payment and I told him $250, thinking this was the true purpose of his call - to help these tenants avoid eviction.   We never received any additional payments.  After reading this complaint, I can only come to one conclusion: the call was simply an attempt to get me to reveal private information (which I did not) in their further attempts to avoid paying rent and being evicted.  I do not own this property.  I work for the owner who instructed me to file for eviction.  That is what I did.
