I am very disappointed in the service I received from Reel Time LLC. The plumber was to install a shut off valve to a shower and install a rod into the hot water heater to eliminate the sulfur smell. I was charged 549.00. The invoice listed under $30 in parts. Today I had a second plumber to do additional work. When we cut into the wall that had been patched by RT, there was no shut off valves. The pipes had been rigged to stop water flow, but no valve was installed. RTLLC left a huge mess, did not fix the problem and charged me over $100 an hour.
