I was denied merchandise that was advertised for a certain price then they tried to charge me for a refund
Using this site the merchant had an IPhone XS Max for sale for *** with installments from ATT I paid the *** and I waited after my final payment posted 3 days later I received an email saying to confirm my information which I did and I would receive email confirmation in 1-3 business days or the next business day that was 9-18-19 but today while awaiting my confirmation email I received an email saying the item was no longer available so I went back on their site to find another iPhone only to find that all of the iPhone XS Max's had been removed so I reached out for a refund only to be told I would have to pay a10% cash out fee the rep explained that there was a discrepancy in the pricing posted on the site but the company should have honored what they posted then to tell me that I would have to pay the company to refund my money because they messed up and to have to go back and forth with a representative is bad business
Honor the reel I was saving for
I placed a savings program for a purse on 10/16/2018 and saved $12.55 per day until 1/3/2019. The order for my purse was placed on 1/14/2018. After waiting until 1/24/2019 and no product was shipped I requested to cancel the order. I reached out again on 1/27/2019 to request a status on my order cancellation and refund and no updated. I reached out again on 1/30/2019 regarding the status and was told my refund would be placed and asked for more details to complete my refund. I provided the details and on 1/31/2019 I was told the refund was processed and it would take 10 business days. I did not receive the money in that 10 business day time frame. I was told on 2/13/2019 that the refund was still processing. On 2/15/2019 still no refund. I have disputed the total amount of $*** with my bank and I am hoping to get all the funds returned to my account.

On 01/24/2019, *** requested a cancellation of order# WXXXXXXX and requested refund on that same day. We let customer know "Once we receive a cancellation confirmation and refund from the retailer, we will then be able to start the cash out process the have the savings returned to your bank account."
on 01/28/2019, *** from Reel's Customer service contacted Century 21 for an update on the status of the order. She let *** know we would need to further contact the retailer for an update regarding cancellation of the order.
On 01/30/2019, *** requested an update from us regarding refund back to her bank account and 01/30/2019 we submitted a cash out request for the customer to have the order total returned to her bank account.
On 01/31/2019 we let *** know it would take 10 business days for the refund to be deposited back to her bank account.
On 02/15/2019 *** requested an update on cashout, we let *** know the 10th business day for her deposit will be 02/14/2019.
On 2/19/2019, *** asked for another update regarding refund, also customer left a negative Trustpilot review. We responded via Trustpilot, Intercom and email letting *** know we were still waiting on the refund from Retailer (Century 21) to return amount back to Reel, so we can then process her refund. However, as a courtesy, we processed the refund back to her bank account without still having received the funds from Century 21. *** confirmed she received her refund.
