I am rejecting this response because:I find it very interesting that Mr*** would reject this claim against the business that he acquiredIf good will is Reentel’s ultimate goal, I don’t understand the distinction between sending me a completed machine, and issuing a refundMy grievance is with Inland Craft, whether it be Reentel International Incor *** Locomotive ManufacturingAsk any customer, and they will tell you that it is the responsibility of the current management to satisfy the customer’s needsAnd as a an unsatisfied customer, I should not have to worry about which company is dba Inland Craft, only that I should receive my refund in a timely mannerMy expectation is that whoever is currently dba Inland Craft (Reentel) send me a full refund and petition reimbursement from whoever was dba Inland Craft at the time of purchase (*** Locomotive); because where the money comes from is none of my business, it is an issue that should be resolved between the two companiesAnd if they can't come to an agreement, maybe Reentel should file a Revdex.com complaint against *** Locomotive.Inland Craft never contacted me, whether it was Reentel, or *** LocomotiveI initiated communication every timeIf Inland Craft was actually interested in resolving my concern and building good will, somebody might have reached out to me after my many phone calls and messagesDue to the nature of my occupation, I have a very unconventional schedule, which has made it difficult for me to stay on top of thisWhenever I was available, I reached out and multiple times was promised that this would be made rightAnd it never wasI ultimately called *** to tell him that I no longer wanted the machine, and that I just wanted a refundHe claimed that the new ownership would not allow him to refund me, and insisted that I contact [email protected] to ask them to fulfill my requestMy email requesting a refund from *** Locomotive was never responded toI called *** a few weeks later to tell him that I was going to seek legal assistance if a refund wasn’t issued immediatelyIt was at that time that a machine coincidentally became availableI rejected his offer, and filed a complaint with the Revdex.com because at that point the machine was no longer worth the trouble it had put me through.I appreciate Mr*** taking the time to respondBut I would expect that as the current and future owner of Inland Craft, Reentel will take responsibility for my complaint and work to enhance Inland Craft's business practices. Dear Mr*** I've got some good news for you with some explanation. Please understand, though it may seem like it, *** Locomotive Manufacturing and it's obligations via it's dba Inland Craft was not purchased by Reentel. This is my main point in that your grievance is aimed at the wrong company. However, I feel great empathy towards your situation and we do genuinely care about building good will, so we will go the extra step and issue you a check to make you whole. *** will be confirming your details to send the check. I am writing in response to a letter I received referencing CASE # [redacted] filed bya Mr. [redacted].  I believe Mr. [redacted] grievance to be in error.  In March of 2017, my company Reentel International Inc. bought ONLY the distressed assets of [redacted] Locomotive Manufacturing dba...

Inland Craft Products based in Madison Heights, MI.  Hence, the purchase to which Mr. [redacted] refers to in 2016 does not pertain to Reentel and as such this claim should be invalidated outright and immediately.  This claim should be filed against [redacted] Locomotive Manufacturing dba Inland Craft Products through your Michigan Revdex.com.   Further, our salesperson [redacted] has been in contact with Mr. [redacted] many times to apprise him of the situation. We notified [redacted] Locomotive of the situation and in good faith been pressing them to provide a remedy.  One of Reeentel's core values is building good will and while not obligated we notified Mr. [redacted] that we would be willing to send him the machine in question when we could build it.  We were finally able to build the machine and [redacted] contacted Mr. [redacted] to notify him that we could ship the machine, but he refused this offer.     We do not doubt the veracity of Mr. [redacted] claim against [redacted] Locomotive dba Inland Craft and as such will keep on pressing them to rectify the situation.  You may do so as well.  We have the following contact information:  [redacted]@gmail.com  you can look them up with [redacted] Secretary of State.  Our offer to send the machine in question still stands.   Given these circumstances, I would ask that you transfer this claim to the right company and remove any instance of this case from Reentel International Inc.   I look forward to your reply.   Sincerely, [redacted] President REENTEL Inc.
