I am rejecting this response because: I do not appreciate the business referring to my past experience in Turkey five years ago as a “terrible job;” it has nothing to do with why I had sought consultation It is very rude and unprofessional to refer to it as suchIf the business truly “felt bad for me,” then it would seem as though they feel bad for every single person seeking their servicesThey would have refunded my money and not taken advantage of the situationI was never told that the $was nonrefundable; if I had known that, I wouldn’t have gone through with the procedure due to its high-riskThe amount of $24,is the starting point for negotiating the price; not the actual price (they always go down to make it look like you got a “deal”)I called the front desk one day after my consultation and told them that I would like to get a refund; they told me that they were going to “look into it.” I did not hear back from them and called them againAs the business’ response to my complaint suggests, the dates of November 2nd & 3rd are well over and I would not get the two days training anymore even if I paid another $There is no longer any trust between the business and I to go through the process at this point due to its invasive and personal natureFurthermore, who knows how many people they offered this “deal” toIn addition, as the response states, they were able to find a replacement which ultimately means there was no actual loss for themInstead, they were able to profit $off of me which I would like to receive backAt the end of the day, no service was provided, nor will it be provided, and therefore the $should be returned

In early October of I went to this business for a consultation to see whether I should get a hair transplantationThe business made an offer to have surgery on me for $4000, granted I accept being the first one to get tested on a new hair restoration machineI didn't have the $so they asked me whether I could afford $for the moment and pay the other $on the day of the surgeryI paid the $Then they would call me for a date to schedule the surgery since they didn't know when the new machine wold arriveImmediately, I had a bad feeling about being an experiment on a new machine and called them and asked them whether I could get a refundThe person who answered the phone told me that they will look into itTime has passed and I called them again in NovemberThey told me that the deposit was non-refundableHowever, they never told me it was non-refundableIf I had known it was non-refundable, I wouldn't have paid the deposit in the first placeThere is no

[redacted],We saw [redacted] first time on 10/06/2016 for a complementary hair transplantation consultation with Dr. Reese and myself. patient had previous FUE hair transplantation surgery 5 years ago in Turkey, [redacted] wasn't satisfied and frankly the surgery looked terrible, he wanted us to fix it and...

add more density. at the time we were purchasing a state of the art machine to harvest graft called SmartGraft and we are the first clinic to purchase this expensive machine. Dr  [redacted] Reese has been doing Hair Transplantation surgery for over 20 years, the FUE method ( Follicular Unit Extraction) for over 10 years, we used different devices to harvest Follicular unit, SmartGraft is superior to other FUE and robotic hair restoration devices.SmartGraft team was flying in town for a 2 day training sessions to show us how to use the SmartGraft machine itself not how to do FUE hair transplantation , we felt bad for [redacted], we offered him a $24,000.00 surgery ( $12,000 /day & check our attached price sheet) for $4000 flat in exchange to be present both days of the training. he jumped on the offer and thanked us for it.. I explained clearly to him : for regular hair surgery we have $1000 deposit non refundable policy but in your case we have to rely on your presence to do the training , the smart Graft team is flying from out of town and his deposit is $2000 non refundable and he agreed .His first consult was on 10/06/16. I called him on 10/13/16 and left message to let him know the training session for SmartGraft FUE is going to be on NOV 02 AND NOV 03 2016 ( CHECK THE NOTES ON HIS FILE), I CALLED HIM BACK ON 10/14/16  LM to CALL US BACK ASAP, I CALLED HIM AGAIN ON 10/17/16 AND LEFT A MESSAGE AGAIN THAT WE NEED TO HEAR FROM HIM ASAP. We never heard from him again , he left us high and dry and that was unacceptable. On 10/24/16 we received a letter from his Credit card company to send them the signed copy of his receipt which we did. ( 2nd document attached).HE DID US WRONG, WE WANTED TO HELP HIM AND FIX HIS OLD SURGERY DONE OVERSEAS BUT HE LEFT US HIGH AND DRY, WE HAD TO LOOK FOR A REPLACEMENT LAST MINUTE.ALL DEPOSIT ARE NON REFUNDABLE  Please contact me if you have any questions.Best RegardsChahira [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:
I do not appreciate the business referring to my past experience in Turkey five years ago as a “terrible job;” it has nothing to do with why I had sought consultation It is very rude and unprofessional to refer to it as such. If the business truly “felt bad for me,” then it would seem as though they feel bad for every single person seeking their services. They would have refunded my money and not taken advantage of the situation. I was never told that the $2000 was nonrefundable; if I had known that, I wouldn’t have gone through with the procedure due to its high-risk. The amount of $24,000.00 is the starting point for negotiating the price; not the actual price (they always go down to make it look like you got a “deal”). I called the front desk one day after my consultation and told them that I would like to get a refund; they told me that they were going to “look into it.” I did not hear back from them and called them again. As the business’ response to my complaint suggests, the dates of November 2nd & 3rd are well over and I would not get the two days training anymore even if I paid another $2000. There is no longer any trust between the business and I to go through the process at this point due to its invasive and personal nature. Furthermore, who knows how many people they offered this “deal” to. In addition, as the response states, they were able to find a replacement which ultimately means there was no actual loss for them. Instead, they were able to profit $2000 off of me which I would like to receive back. At the end of the day, no service was provided, nor will it be provided, and therefore the $2000 should be returned.
