Drive refuses to stop blowing horn when she picks up children in AM.Yesterday a Reese Transport Driver came to pick up a new child in our neighborhood. She is a good kid and the neighbors are not bad either. The driver pulled up in front of the house and began to repeatedly honk her horn. Apparently this was the first time she had picked up the child and there was some miscommunication about this. While I understand there are other children in the car ad she can not leave, she does have a cell phone that she can call to tell them to come out, OR she could leave the child as I know she has other people she needs to pick up. I called the office yesterday to file a complaint and was told to tell the driver to "ease off on the horn". It is not my job to policy employees, that is why I called them. But this morning she came back and layed on the horn AGAIN, so I asked her to not do that and she said to talk to my neighbor. I then had to knock on my neighbors door and tell her what I was told by the company...that the driver refuses to stop honking the horn and call her which she she is suppose to do per the neighbor. I came in the house once my child was on the bus, and tried to call AGAIN to contact the owner, but no one answered my call and no answering machine picked up. At this point I feel that this is the only way to have my concern addressed. Thank you.Desired SettlementI want the driver to stop honking her car horn in the morning. I live in a quiet neighborhood I am sure the owner would not appreciate me pulling up to his or her house and laying on the horn at 8:30 everyday. I know I don't like it.
