We apologize to [redacted] for being so careless with her personal information Once we were made aware of what had happened we immediately reached out to [redacted] to find a resolution to the problem She was interested in purchasing a Jeep we had in stock As a resolution we heavily discounted the Jeep and [redacted] agreed that was a acceptable resolution As a result of this problem we have instituted stricter privacy policies to ensure this never happens again Again we apologize for any inconvenience we caused [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: there was no confusion of the paperwork I have the paperwork of the agreement of the car I was going to purchaseI went there with my brotherThey gave us a price on the vehicle and I said I wanted the bumper to bumper warranty and if they would include it in the price it would be a dealThey said they would but because it was a there was only a little less than years left on itI said I wanted a year 100,mile warrantyThey said they could add more years that would cost me $I said no and was going to leave when he came out and offered to pay half of thatI still said no and he said "you're going to walk away for $350?" I said yes and then he said fine you winYou will have the warranty includedI then told them, after we had the deal, which I havery a copy of, that I wanted to trade my car inWhen we agreed on the amount they would give me for my car, I looked at the paperwork with the trade on it and there was a charge for $for a warranty I asked the sales man why that was there when he was going to include it in the amount of the car we already agreed on and he said he was not sure he had to go askMy brother left as soon as we made the deal since he thought I would be there a while for the trade part of itIt was only after the trade became a part of the deal that the $was addedThere was no misunderstandingThe deal was madeHe just tried to add it in on the final paperwork I have the original deal without that costMaybe he realized he shouldn't of given me that deal, I am not sure, but to deceive me because my brother left thinking I would just sign the paperwork is wrongI work in finance and I know to check my paperwork He is just trying to cover up what he did

I apologize to [redacted] that it took the dealership so long to take of wheel locks.  I have a new set of wheel locks at the dealership.  If she can find time to get her car here I will have the old locks taken off and the new ones put on free of charge.  Thank You. Chris...

I'm sorry to hear about the experience [redacted] had at our dealership.  I spoke to the Manager who worked this deal for her.  It sounds like after presenting multiple warranty options on multiple worksheets it got very confusing.  I'm not sure where the disconnect happened...

between [redacted] and my Manager.  We in no way tried to add an additional $995 to the original agreement.  I again apologize for the poor communication and confusion that [redacted] received at our dealership.
