Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: NO ONE is going to use a business much less spend any money to have something fixed that was working fine that same day Especially when the one problem I payed to have fixed in the first place didn't even work correctly when I was told everything was fixed and ready was not fixed or ready Now I have to spend my hard earned money to get the other part of my ac/heater fixed like it did before my truck was worked on Regards, [redacted]

The car was brought in for the drivers side of the vehicle blowing cold only. The truck had multiple problems check engine light and had a rear taillight problem customer stated he did not have the money to fix those problems so we only did what he asked us to fix. We checked out
the problem we were ask to fix and found the passside would only blow hot he did not say anything about it so we did not address the problem again as stated above he said he did not have the money to do more than what he brought it for just fix the drivers side that was it. So we replaced the drivers side blend door actuator and it went to hot. Normally at this point we would recalibrate the a/c system but the scanner was unable to communicate with his truck due do more problems. My tech had told me it was blowing hot he said it was good and yes at that time I did not check it. So when the customer came back in the told me that there was a problem I took care of it I removed the radio and removed aftermarket part that was causing scanner not to work so I could scan the vehicle which I did not charge him for fixing this problem which he stated he had for a while because he a progressive snap shot that would never work which plugs into the obdII connector. So I recalibrated the actuators and the drivers side worked fineHe them tells me the we did something to the passenger side because it would only blow out hot air I told him it was that way when he brought it in he said it was not so we just disagreed on it but there was a code in the computer for actuator failure on that side and yes I told him he would have to pay to have it fixed we did not sabotage his truck. I am not sure what he was talking about on the rpm problem he rode with me and there was no problem but he does have a check engine light with multiple problems there which he did not want to address. So recap is I did fix the problem he brought the car in for and yes we did make a mistake on the recalibration which I took care ofHis total bill was the actuator was and for labor I did not charge him any diagnostic fee. I did apologize to him before he left we shook hands and thought we had it all resolved As for as customer that was in front of him he it really was none of him business but the problem was her batteries were low because she had a battery draw we had fixed the draw and charged the batteries unfortunately the batteries did not hold a charge in the cold weather we are having so we replaced the batteries and it was fine
