Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my dispute Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below As I may have mentioned in person or in writing to [redacted] , I found both of my machines behind and under a number of other machines (including a small boat motor) when I came to pick them up on 6/26/ The tiller's tires were flat and one was off of its rim but it did have a new looking engine although this engine didn't have a spark plug and it didn't have any oil in it; I do have the invoice numbered A Interestingly, it speaks of the replacement of a throttle cable and no such throttle exists on this machine because throttle speed is controlled only by a small lever on the engine that [redacted] installed Given its lack of plug and oil along with the tires being as they were, there was no way that this machine was ever taken and tried by potential buyers as he states I have dated affidavits from another shop as well as an invoice from Turpin's tire shop to verify the dates as I've stated previouslyAgain, no work was done on the DR Brush Mower and it doesn't matter to me what parts [redacted] claims to have as the original ones are still on the machine which clearly wasn't touched at his shop and hasn't been touched since I off loaded it from taking it to the Aledo repair shop previously mentioned where this was proven As best as I can determine from his invoices, I'm currently owed $at the very least although I may try to appeal to some other source in order to regain monies spent a year before these two machine expenditures for yet another Troy Bilt 'Pony' tiller where, like the 'Horse' tiller, I was charged $for a replacement engine which can (and might have been) be bought for nearly half that amount That I've been defrauded is beyond question and this will be proven as soon as a date can be set for me to do so [redacted] will do well to quit putting things in writing as he's only demonstrating how much he's trying to avoid his culpability in this matter....as I've mentioned before, he is no stranger to complaints such as this and there are legal records available to the public in the Parker County court records to substantiate my claims Although it may not be germane to these exchanges on this Revdex.com site, I have never before been moved to contact the Revdex.com in order to try to get a non legal resolution My experience in dealing with [redacted] here has only reinforced my opinion of how he operates He is making a public statement here of things which indicate that it is I who has attempted to defraud him and I'll only say that my record is spotless and even a cursory 'googling' of my name will show sites that will let any reader know that I'm a special education teacher of many years experience Any deeper inquiry such as accessing public judicial records will show that I've never even been charged, much less proven guilty of the sorts of things that [redacted] has and I'll hope that he'll quit casting aspersions on this site or there may be further actions taken on my part beyond this dialogue which is getting entirely too tedious Regards, [redacted] ***

You do not have a receipt shop ticket for the Troy bilt horse tiller cause you never received oneThe unit was not paid in full and the balance that was owed was $Those machines was also picked up 2/3/I don't not have the old engine but in the sheriffs report it has pictures of the engine and the old transmission and pieces! The sheriffs report has all of the information in there to clear up this matter and it also has a copy of the receipt of the shop ticket with the unpaid balance on itThe total parts I used to repair the transmissionThe subframeThe new sprocketThe chainThe guide All the hardware that was needed to repair that unit and the new gear was all added in the $priceThere was no deception and I did locate the old transmissionI do not plan on returning any part of the money payed to Reeves Mow Better for the repairsIf there was a problem the sheriffs department would have questioned me further, but they did not! Mr Yaden has handed me a copy of the complaint a couple of weeks ago and not all of the information was given to the other party looking at the unit! I know they are a small engine repair shop but they was not told that this machine was sat on display for quite sometime for people to look at it and test it.Thank You [redacted]

The customer picked up his units and yes I was upset with him cause the customer had not even paid for the machines in full!!! The Dr brush mower was complained about cause the machine looked like it hadn't had a thing done to itThe machine was drove 150yards everyday for a couple of months to try to sell for the customerThe customers also would test the machine out and see if they had like it or not .The transmission and parts was replaced due to the original belts was broken and they was not functional! Back in the customer had called the sheriff and reported theft of the parts of the machinesThe sheriff took pictures of the old engine that the numbers of the receipts of the customers ticket to make sure they matched and they didThe Sheriffs department dropped the case cause of all the parts being there and proven they had been replaced! The customer also complained about the transmission costing so muchI had talked to the customer when we 1st started working on the machine and the lower part of the frame had been broken and it had also snapped the chainSo instead of listing all the parts of everything I needed for the transmission, we just said transmissionThere was over parts that I had used for the build of the transmission getting it to work properly! If I need to obtain a sheriffs report for this machine I can go see if I can get oneThe customer said there was missing parts on the drive for the tillerThe only thing that was missing was the belt cause the customer had not paid for itThe rest of the part for the machine was in a bag tied to the machineThe customer did not take the bag off the machine so I bet they blew off or fell out of the bag on the tillerThe dr brush mower was sitting to the side when the customer came to pick it up cause there was a customer that was very interested in purchasing the unit and that's why it was sitting to the side the day he came into pick it upThank You [redacted]

You do not have a receipt shop ticket for the Troy bilt horse tiller cause you never received one. The unit was not paid in full and the balance that was owed was $153.23 Those machines was also picked up 2/3/2014.. I don't not have the old engine but in the sheriffs report it has pictures of the engine and the old transmission and pieces! The sheriffs report has all of the information in there to clear up this matter and it also has a copy of the receipt of the shop ticket with the unpaid balance on it. The total parts I used to repair the transmission... The subframe... The new sprocket.. The chain.. The guide All the hardware that was needed to repair that unit and the new gear was all added in the $695.20 price.. There was no deception and I did locate the old transmission. I do not plan on returning any part of the money payed to Reeves Mow Better for the repairs.. If there was a problem the sheriffs department would have questioned me further, but they did not! Mr Yaden has handed me a copy of the complaint a couple of weeks ago and not all of the information was given to the other party looking at the unit! I know they are a small engine repair shop but they was not told that this machine was sat on display for quite sometime for people to look at it and test it.Thank You [redacted]

to sell for the customer. The customers also would test the machine out and see if they had like it or not .The transmission and parts was replaced due to the original belts was broken and they was not functional! Back in 2014 the customer had called the sheriff and reported theft of the parts of the machines. The sheriff took pictures of the old engine that the numbers of the receipts of the customers ticket to make sure they matched and they did.. The Sheriffs department dropped the case cause of all the parts being there and proven they had been replaced! . The customer also complained about the transmission costing so much. I had talked to the customer when we 1st started working on the machine and the lower part of the frame had been broken and it had also snapped the chain. So instead of listing all the parts of everything I needed for the transmission, we just said transmission... There was over 18 parts that I had used for the build of the transmission getting it to work properly! If I need to obtain a sheriffs report for this machine I can go see if I can get one. The customer said there was missing parts on the drive for the tiller. The only thing that was missing was the belt cause the customer had not paid for  it. The rest of the part for the machine was in a bag tied to the machine. The customer did not take the bag off the machine so I bet they blew off or fell out of the bag on the tiller.. The dr brush mower was sitting to the side when the customer came to pick it up cause there was a customer that was very interested in purchasing the unit and that's why it was sitting to the side the day he came into pick it up... As I may have mentioned in person or in writing to [redacted], I found both of my machines behind and under a number of other machines (including a small boat motor) when I came to pick them up on 6/26/13.  The tiller's tires were flat and one was off of its rim but it did have a new looking engine although this engine didn't have a spark plug and it didn't have any oil in it; I do have the invoice numbered A 9504808.  Interestingly, it speaks of the replacement of a throttle cable and no such throttle exists on this machine because throttle speed is controlled only by a small lever on the engine that [redacted] installed.  Given its lack of plug and oil along with the tires being as they were, there was no way that this machine was ever taken and tried by potential buyers as he states.  I have dated affidavits from another shop as well as an invoice from Turpin's tire shop to verify the dates as I've stated previously. Again, no work was done on the DR Brush Mower and it doesn't matter to me what parts [redacted] claims to have as the original ones are still on the machine which clearly wasn't touched at his shop and hasn't been touched since I off loaded it from taking it to the Aledo repair shop previously mentioned where this was proven.  As best as I can determine from his invoices, I'm currently owed $1060.57 at the very least although I may try to appeal to some other source in order to regain monies spent a year before these two machine expenditures for yet another Troy Bilt 'Pony' tiller where, like the 'Horse' tiller, I was charged $469.00 for a replacement engine which can (and might have been) be bought for nearly half that amount.  That I've been defrauded is beyond question and this will be proven as soon as a date can be set for me to do so.  [redacted] will do well to quit putting things in writing as he's only demonstrating how much he's trying to avoid his culpability in this matter....as I've mentioned before, he is no stranger to complaints such as this and there are legal records available to the public in the Parker County court records to substantiate my claims.  Although it may not be germane to these exchanges on this Revdex.com site, I have never before been moved to contact the Revdex.com in order to try to get a non legal resolution.  My experience in dealing with [redacted] here has only reinforced my opinion of how he operates.  He is making a public statement here of things which indicate that it is I who has attempted to defraud him and I'll only say that my record is spotless and even a cursory 'googling' of my name will show sites that will let any reader know that I'm a special education teacher of many years experience.   Any deeper inquiry such as accessing public judicial records will show that I've never even been charged, much less proven guilty of the sorts of things that [redacted] has and I'll hope that he'll quit casting aspersions on this site or there may be further actions taken on my part beyond this dialogue which is getting entirely too tedious.

Immediately after retrieving my machine from Reeves Mow Better, I took it to another company and had them assess the machine to either confirm or deny my concerns that the work which I'd paid in advance (I have cancelled checks to prove this) to have done.  That company confirmed that nothing had been done and I have a signed affidavit which specifies a number of details to prove my assertions.  I have no idea why the Sheriff's department didn't follow through with my complaint but I'd suppose that some sort of chicanery occurred on [redacted]'s part as I've located a past employee of his who stated that this is in line with [redacted]' modus operandi.   I plan to pursue other options in order to get things squared in this situation as it is clear from his response that [redacted] intends to maintain a position that will easily be proven untenable as my reputation is beyond reproach and his is already tarnished by losses in civil court for actions similar to that which have occurred in this situation.  I will again report to the Revdex.com at the conclusion of this process as I'm more than ever set on proving that this company and its owner are best avoided and that other machine repair options should be considered in the Weatherford TX area.
