On 3/2/I was called to repair the cold water faucet, two leaking sink drains and a tub drainAfter I had completed the call, the customer’s husband called and told me that the hot water faucet was leaking I informed him that his wife had told me before I began the call that she had fixed the hot water faucet herself so I did not do anything to that faucet while I was there I told the customer’s husband that if the hot water faucet was leaking that they could replace the washer in it and they could purchase the washer at Lowes and that should fix the problem The customer has since informed me that she had purchased the washer from Lowes and has fixed the hot water side of the faucet herself While I was there, I did repair the cold water faucet that had been taken apart by the customer using the parts that the customer had taken apart, the customer just could not get them back together correctly The customer has not said that they had any problems from the cold water faucet that I had repairedI did attempt to fix the leaking drains by applying silicone Unfortunately these drains were quite old and made of plastic which sometimes this does make them difficult to fix When the customer called and told me that the drains were still leaking, I did explain to the customer at that time that since these were made of plastic, that they may be difficult to be fix and I told the customer that they would need to be replaced with metal drains and these could be purchased at Lowes for about $I repaired the tub drain that was leaking and the customer has said that this problem has been repairedI have contacted the customer and offered to refund $out of the $service call for the drains that are still leaking as I had repaired the cold water faucet and tub drain that they requested The customer seemed pleased with this response and I plan to send this amount to the customer after approval from the Revdex.comThank you, [redacted] , Owner, [redacted] Plumbing & Pump Service [redacted] Administrative Assistant Trust Center

[redacted] here. I am writing in regards to ID# [redacted] against Reaves Plumbing and Pump Service. I read Mr. Reaves response to you and while that is not at all what happened, I will accept his 72 dollar refund and drop the complaint when I receive the money. Both drains still leak and he refuses to fix the problem. Plastic parts are what most people have but putting cilicone on them we have learned is not what you do. The bottom line is that he was paid to fix the leaks, he did not fix the leaks, and he will not come to fix the leaks. I would never recommend this company to anyone.  [redacted]
