the customer paid me an additional 3,000 dollars. it would be very tough to rob and steal from someone that only pays more money after the work is approved. I think its more than fare to check the dates on the costumers checks, if I am such an unprofessional business, then why write a second check a week later. Moving forward, the customer did not inform me that verbal approval for additional work I was asked to complete is different then signing a contract. I thought I was doing the right thing replumbing the house and trusting the customer, but without the use of an additional contract, it seems I don't get paid. I tried to negotiate with the customer, I simply told them I can't move forward under these conditions and they told me to pay them 4,000 dollars. First of all my first 3,000 dollars was aproved, we can minus that from the equation and 2nd I sent the customer almost 3,000 dollars in receipts. I was on the job for 4 weeks, lets do the math here, yep I work a whole month for nothing..who owes who money. I'm not going to comment on the other things the customer wrote, I'm not on that level.
