While I accept Terrell A/C's claim that the Labor Warranty was only for year and had expired and that the company had no obligation to conduct any further labor for free, my overall complaint still standsUnder warranty or not, Terrell A/C's failure to respond to phone calls and texts in request of service is unbecoming of a "Better Business"It was late August in Houston and my house was without air conditioningBeing unable to reach the company that installed the system is unacceptable and should result in a demerit on Terrell A/C's Revdex.com grade

My reason for rejection was that they replaced the circuit board for the faulty unit and did not check the Heater part of the unit in which the board that controls was replacedI have used another company to fix the issue which cost me $in which I believe the party that was paid to repair the unit initially should be responsible forThe contractor never called me back, never even tried to resolve the issue and that's why I contacted youLast time I had an issue and the unit could not keep up, I had to go through The Revdex.com to get something resolved as well because he didn't return my calls then either

Ok first of all we had a problem with the above named customer after the installation was completed, we made sure that the leak that was associated with the problem was repaired with no cost to the customer months ago. Now I have the invoice present now and the total price was $8299 and that...
included a circuit board for the downstairs furnace. I have no idea where $8500 came none the less heater installments. We only installed 2 evaporator coils and 2 condensing units including 2 thermostats and a circuit board for the downstairs furnace now with that being said the customer has chosen to argue with the fact of really being upset with a heater not working that we replaced nothing in. We replaced 2 evap coils and 2 condensing units, 2 thermostats and a circuit board on the downstairs furnace again being said. Im just really curious to know if the problem occurred 6/15/2017 why did we get called in December then also, not saying its not possible, but in Houston or Pasadena in June its always above 90degrees. Our apologies for any inconvenience again. We can not stay in business if our customers want to extend warranty to what they or another contractor says. thanks

parts and 1yr war on labor. A technician was sent when the system was obviously out of labor war and a leak was found and repaired at no charge. Then I was made aware of another problem which I texted personally with the home owner and explained I would come personally after a medical procedure I underwent but he obviously hired another contractor which voids our contract. sorry for any problems but we tried to be as fair as possible. our labor war was expired we never charged homeowner for labor
