for repairsWe explained what needed to be repaired and parts that need to be replacedCustomer made choices on parts and repairsSome items that were electronic we told him we could not do and would need to go to a dealer for those repairsCustomer called and stated there was an issue and we asked him to stop by so we could take a look, he never did stop by for us to lookHe also told us he was upset that we did not tell him that the vehicle was not worth repairingWe are her to repair vehicles, but not make decisions for customers on how much they choose to put into a repairThis car was a total loss that he purchased that waySays we called our friends at the police station to call himWe do not have friends at the local PD, we called and asked out local police department if this was something that they had heard of before and they offered to call our customer and talk to them about asking us for money for a good reviewCustomer went on Google and did a star review talking about us and the yard he bought the repairable fromChris contacted him to find out what was going on and that he did not come in with the vehicle for us to look at itHe does not own the vehicle anymore and was upset about the car purchase and us not telling him to not repair itWanted Chris to send him $and he would change it to a Star reviewChris said he would check with us on a check and that is when we called the local PDWe did not send the check to the customer and PD told him you can't ask for that and for him to not have any contact with usHe then did the Revdex.com complaintWe were never given a chance to look at any issue he had with the repair or the vehicleThe full repair was $with the parts that he choseNon of the parts would have put him in dangerThe state would have all the original invoices for the parts that we used since you need them for the inspection for the title and tabsAll were OEM or LKQ Like Kind Quality used partsAlso, a couple of aftermarket parts from CertifitPlease let me know if you need anything else, I feel like I went in circles and should have had a better order for the responseThanks
