This company is a disgrace professionally The manner that they conduct their business is with threats, raised voices and ultimatums They tarnish the CRS designation that many brokers and realtors strive to achieveReferral Exchange has you accept their referral without knowing who or what you are agreeing to You are not able to see the lead unless you acceptWe are being harassed and threatened to pay for a lead that did not register on this site The former husband that did go on their site is not the owner The owner did not have to share any proceeds with the former husband and he was never on the title of the property The owner did not call us due to Referral Exchange The owner did not realize that her former husband went on the site and called Referral Exchange personally Referral Exchange told her that there was some mistake, not worry about us paying a referral fee in regards to her property Additionally, Referral Exchange was told that the former husband suffers from dementia and owns his own condo in the same complex with another address It is reasonable to expect to pay for that lead, if he lists the property with us even though the unit number is not correctWe have paid Referral Exchange for previous referrals and have one pending currently We are well aware of our commitment to viable leads We pride ourselves on our honesty and integrity Referral Exchange needs to have a fair business model instead of a "thug" mentality

Referral exchange sent me a possible lead in June but the customer would not respond to my calls, email or text Referral exchange wanted to know how it was going and November I told them that she was unresponsiveA personal agent friend had this home listed a year or so before and wanted to know if she sent me a referral would I be interested...I said yesI listed the home and I explained this to Referral exchange that she would not respond to me because of themThey told me that the referral would never expireYou can't have an open-ended contract! This company was not the reason for this home being on the market and they still want to get paid if it closesI have asked them to remove my account because this is unethicalThey were not the procuring cause of me getting the listingAlso, they sent me a customer back in or I think and never listed the homeShe called me when her husband died because not one would list the home because it is a single wide hom

ReferralExchange would like to take the opportunity to respond to the claims made by *** ***, a real estate agent in ReferralExchange's network, and clarify a few mistakes in her account*** has been an agent in our network since She has accepted eighteen referrals from
ReferralExchange; two of them have resulted in listings and one has closed Those are the two client referrals that *** is disputing in her complaintTo clarify the chain of events: in September of (not June) ReferralExchange sent *** a referral (not a "possible lead")*** accepted the binding and enforceable referral (we retain the date, time and IP Address of the acceptance)She indicated that she had not heard back from the client in November, however two weeks later she secured a listing on the client's propertyShe accepted a referral, reached out to the client and secured a listing all within three months*** failed to indicate the listing status, instead only responding to ReferralExchange once we requested an update on the listing*** is now disputing honoring the referral agreement, for which there is a binding contractReferralExchange is simply requesting that *** honor the referral agreement that is in place*** has also disputed the agreement she made on a referral accepted in July of That property is still listedIn both cases, *** accepted the Terms of Use of ReferralExchange, and in both cases she accepted legally binding referral agreements, the terms of which are simply that she agrees to honor the agreement in the event of a successful transactionBoth of those referral agreements are around one year old (not, as she mentioned "years")ReferralExchange expects all agents to honor the agreements they make and we are simply asking *** to do that in these casthe event of successful transactions
***'s account has already been put on hold due to her disputesWe look forward to a successful and positive resolution of these issues through our existing internal dispute resolution process, which has already begun

Do not share your information with this company They do not act responsibly and you will get spammed with emails and calls from realtors There is no ranking of the realtors provided to say why they are the "top ranked" - They are simply selling your info to realtors who pay them Very shady and disappointing

Clearly, it does not take a rocket scientist to figure out a lead that was submitted to Referral Exchange by the seller, should have been air marked to give referral credit to the Seller's agentAfter researching the matter, it has been determined that Referral Exchange's online referral does not ask the ethical question of "Are you currently working with a real estate agent?" This is truly unfortunately, since the Seller's agent played a key role to put the deal together After spending several hours assisting the seller with a small property in Wichita, KSthe referral exchange refused to acknowledge that the referral was generated in Florida While the margins are narrow, the bait and switch is troubling Based on perception, the Referral Exchange commonly practice when an agent decline to enroll in their referral program Both the seller and the real estate agent have tried several times to correct the lead that was subsequently passed on to another agent in the local Wichita area, to list the property for sale

I am a busy agent who can't find enough time in the dayAfter speaking to Referral Exchange and paying my $membership I'm so happy that I didThey did exactly what they said and now they have been converting some of my old leadsThank You!!! Job well done

On August 8th, 2018, I had a lengthy conversation with *** ***, the area manager regarding the ReferralExchange programThroughout the conversation, I repeatedly asked *** if I am required to do anything in order to receive referralsHe said I DID NOT need to do anything to receive referrals for the $feeHe said his company would match referrals based on on my profile and geographic location and send me leads as they became availableTherefore, on August 9th, I went into system and quickly discovered that I as a Real Estate agent have to submit referrals into their database and ReferralExchange has to convert one of those referrals before they will refer a lead to me as a Real Estate agentFollowing this discovery, I contacted *** *** and notified him that he misled me and deceitfully lied to me regarding the ReferralExchange programI asked him to cancel my services and credit my account effective immediatelyI contacted *** several times

On 10/10/I received a lead through Realtor.com from** *** ** *** *** ** *** are marriedI returned the lead's call from Realtor.com immediately and I set up some listings for him and his wife to look atThree days later, I received a email from your company, stating I had a referralNo where in the initial email did it have** *** nameI had to click on a link, where it took me to a secondary pageUpon seeing the secondary page, I saw where it was** ***I thought that's weird, I'm already working with ** * ** *** but I will call them (Referral Exchange) and let them know that I received the lead from another sourceThis has happened before on referral leads from other companies and the 2nd referral company will just delete the lead from their file, beings it came in after the factI called and spoke to a girl (don't know name) and she said she would take care of it and it would be no problemI thought it was taken care ofThen almost months later, they start em

Buying your first house is supposed to be a happy and exciting time in your lifeHowever it's been one of the most angriest, continuously upsetting, and pissed off times in my family'sKW 'Chemai Moore' our so called realtor and New Penn Financial 'Bobbi Jones' are the worst to me at their job"They both are in the same building and neither one doesn't know what's going onThere is no communication between you and them or themselvesAfter calling multiple times you have to wait a day or two to get an email or a call backAlso we were supposed to be in our home Dec and we still haven't moved inThis has been the worst experience ever, wouldn't recommend KW and definitely not New Penn FinancialSo much more I could say about these worthless company's but it would be a whole book

Hello ***,
The referral that we sent you is, in fact, a legally binding and enforceable agreementYou did select "I Accept" the Terms of Use, which is in fact a written agreement, enforceable by law, recognized as a signed agreement by real estate lawThe same legality and enforceable nature of the agreement applies to purchases made online, taxes filed online or subscriptions updated onlineAll of those are legally binding and enforceable.
You have indicated that you do not "feel" that a referral fee is dueSuch language is apropos, since the facts are that a referral was sent and acceptedThat you don't want to honor the agreement, that you don't feel like honoring the agreement, does not release ReferralExchange's interest from the agreement you made.
I have exhaustively outlined our policy and position, which you have never addressed: we asked for a prior signed agreement (in writing)You never provided oneWe are therefore owed a referral fee, since you accepted a legally binding referral agreementThose are the factsThat you do not want to honor the agreement does not change those facts-which would be upheld upon any legal scrutiny.
If you continue to write about your feelings-what you feel like you should pay or not-I will continue to direct you back to the facts of the issue, which are that you agreed to a legally binding referral from ReferralExchange and you are the one who has zero legal grounds to dispute that fee
