Hi - Unfortunately this complaint is targeted at the wrong company. It appears that [redacted] has had a business relationship with EDO Collections (edocollections.com). Refersion, Inc. is a vendor of EDO Collections and has not benefited from any sales generated by [redacted], as it is stated in the complaint. While we have already attempted to contact EDO Collections on behalf of [redacted], we are still happy to make any good faith effort including provide any contract information to help resolve this matter. As long as it is legal according to our privacy policies and the governing law. We certainly want to help [redacted] in anyway that we are able as long as it is fair and compliant. It would be unfair and highly irregular for Refersion to pay commissions for sales that are generated for and approved by a third-party company.
