I need Refit Device to acknowledge and accept their wrongdoing in them accessing my computer under pretense, and apologize This has been very stressful days for me following their representative's unlawful access to my computer And today, I had a fraud alert from [redacted] [redacted] It could be from that guy's doing He could have stolen the info from my computer I don't know what the punishment should be I am not law enforcement Who should I contact - FCC (Federal Communications Commission?

I called their phone# 844-243-today thinking they were ***.com customer service their number came back in one of my searches for *** customer service, and the person who answered the phone knowingly pretended that he was from ***I asked him if he was at ***, and he said yeshe gave me his name as *** ***, *** id# ***i told him I couldn't cancel the item# they were sending me as a replacement.he asked for my son's email address (my son has the prime membership at ***)he said he couldn't cancel it and that other people in foreign countries were using my son's *** acct#and that he'd help me but he needed access to my computer so I let him! he said he'd need to run a security scan, which I saw him dothen he tried to sell me service by a cisco certified techniciani told him I needed to talk to my husband firstand that he couldn't cancel my order too with ***.com he accessed my son's *** acct from my home computerbut not to wor
