I am rejecting this response because:
I have all paperworkto prove the car is junk and I was over changed

I am rejecting this response because:They I include an extended warranty purchased for $that says 36months or 85k miles whichever is first NOT $worth if repairs, and the resesrc ive done and talking to GMC themself they will only back up the vehicle if your taking it to s GM certified dealer. It Is Not My Fault THis Piece Of Junk Yukon You Sold Us broke Drown Near A DealerAnd To Cause Less Damage Took It There, Which Even If I Had Towed Wouldnt have Paid Anything Anyways. YoUr People Lied To Us And Falsly Told Us What Would Be Part If This Warranty . Explain To Me How A Warranty Can Say 36/85k But Only Have A Limit If 3k Thst Part Is Not Said It's Junk Warranty . In Regards To My Mirror Your People NEVER fixed IT, Still Sitting On MY YukoN Not Folding . the Defrost On Rear Also Doesn't Work Whcih Wad Also Said When We Purchased It. And I'M Not The Only One You Guys Have Robbed And Screwed Over. Figure Something Out Or I'm Going To The News SStations

Response received via letter to Revdex.com, received 4/5/16. Text of letter reads as follows:"Reflection Auto Sales sold Mr [redacted] a 2004 GMC Sierra on Saturday Feb 6th 2016. Due to the year and mileage the vehicle is sold AS IS Mr [redacted] signed several documents to this effect including the buyers order...

which states 'no free work promised or implied' He was offered a service contract and chose to add it to his purchase. The service contract clearly states above the line where his signature is:YOUR SIGNATURE ACKNOWLEDGES THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTAND, AND AGREE TO ALL THE TERMS SET FORTH THROUGHOUT THIS CONTRACT.it is simply not true when Mr [redacted] States that he was told "everything under the hood is covered"The contract he signed clearly states what is, and is not covered. The service contract company will not cover maintenance items. It was offered to Mr [redacted] that he could cancel his service contract and have the amount refunded to his loan, but he wanted the cash for the cancelation to pay for the repairs which the credit union that financed it will not allow.Due to Mr [redacted] dissatisfaction with the Credit unions decision on the service contract refund policy I would offer him a $1000 credit toward the purchase of his or his families next vehicle purchaseThank you for your efforts in resolving these issues.Sincerely Jerry [redacted] general Mgr."

[redacted] purchased a  07 Pontiac G6  here on  9/11/15 she bought the vehice "AS IS"  however she did purchase a limited  warranty that would take effect 45 days after the purchase.  [redacted] did have a few issues with the vehicle a few days after the purchase...

which the dealership was under no obligation to fix, however we did the repairs and paid for them no questions asked. We have sold thousands of vehicles through out our time in the car business and understand that not everyone is going to like the vehicle they pick out and purchase, Which is the case her. [redacted] can sell or trade the vehicle that is her option. We offer her $500.00 off her next vehicle purchase here.

Response received via e-mail to Revdex.com: I am sorry for the delayed response. We were waiting for claim verification on the service contract referenced in the complaint. Reflection Auto sales sold the 2009 GMC Yukon on March 20th 2017. The customer signed a purchase agreement that states "Sold as...

equipped" No free work Promised, No free work implied, dealer to repair folding mirror. We also have documentation that the vehicle is sold with no dealer warranty. The Service contract that was purchased, that Beth exclaimed [redacted] ? has already paid a claim of $2,512.97, to the repair facility she choose to take it to. The customer was not satisfied so we offered to pay another $500 toward repairs but explained that we would not be responsible for any other repairs or costs. The problem she is having is the responsibility of the shop she choose to take it to, that was paid $2,512.97 and the $500 from us. We find no reason to do more. The desired settlement is without merit and cannot be considered. Reflection Auto SalesJerry [redacted]Sales and Finance [redacted] Oakdale, MN. 55128 Office: ###-###-#### Cell: ###-###-#### Fax:###-###-#### [redacted] www.reflectionautosales.com

I am rejecting this response because:
It is was recorded at the time of purchase. Specifically asked if injectors were covered and was told yes. Would not be surprised if they deleted the footage. Typical small dealership crooks.
