Here are the documents that have been provided repeatedly to Mr [redacted] I have attached his final account statement, move in/out inspection, and photographsMr [redacted] has come into the office several times requesting this Information and we have given it at least two times and I mailed a copy to him as wellI did the inspection personally with the resident and told him there would be major charges because of the extreme filth and dirty conditionsHe did not dispute anything with me in the apartmentI even asked him if he would like and extra day or two to remedy my findings and his answer was "NO."
